Hotel President Wilson, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Geneva

Everything - the style, the rooms, the service. All were amazing. And they went out of their way to make our stop on our honeymoon special. We would definitely stay there again on a return trip!

The hotel is prestigious and located facing the lake of Geneva. While old but renovated well. I am visiting this hotel after 37 years from last visit. And very surprising to see it in elegant level like this. Rooms are well decorated and beds are comfortable The staff are super friendly from the reception to the concierge and the room service.It was nice to offer a car parking at a reasonable price of 40 euros per day at location like centre of GenevaI would plan to visit again if future

It has a great location by the Geneva lake.

Its an old hotel and I hate bath tubs showers. If I knew I wouldn’t had booked the room.

Location, pristine room. Proximity to local restaurants.

Unfortunately, the spa access was not allowed (excepting people having treatments), and the indoor pool was closed. 2 of their restaurants were closed, too. A bit pricey given limited facilities.

Room has thin walls and no sound proofing. Very uncomfortable beds.

I have been stolen inside the hotel in the breakfast areaNo security nothing they took our bag with 20,000 euros and we didn’t get anything backWith luxury watches and jewelry in the hotel while eating breakfast !! It was very bad not safe at all veryBad no security very bad

The concierge staff were exceptional - very willing to help and friendly. The waiting staff were variable, from the stand offish to the efficient but not welcoming Best of all was the outdoor pool. Our room opened out directly onto the pool area and it was heaven.

The value for money is questionable. This will not be a concern for the foreign dignataries but was for us. There is also the sense that individual guests are a side concern to the large cohorts of people in attendance for diplomatic, trade or other business

Check-in experience was not welcoming, minimal explanations of facilities, no offer to help with luggage until we asked.My sister’s check-in was delayed for 2 hours till 5pm which was quite inconvenient after our long trip from NZ. Reception staff were very matter-of-fact about it and never offered an explanation or apology for this delay. We were not allowed to charge our breakfast to our room so could not get an itemised bill. Staff were quite open that the reason for this was because they could not trust us to pay at the end of stay. Ramp for luggage in the reception area quite steep which could lead to falls/injuries

The Hotel was very clean and the staff courteous and friendly. It was also very modern from a 1980's style. I had a gorgeous view of lake Geneva. The food was excellent.

The Room Key electronics were not working correctly, so they could NOT give each guest a card key fore their room. As a result, they sent a concierge member up to the room to unlock it each time that a guest needed access to their room.The design was very modern, which in my opinion made ti almost sterile looking or maybe better described as stark.

The President Wilson Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff was very professional since the second we checked in until we checked out. The food was full of variety to satisfy all tastes, and it was very high quality food too. The whole theme of the hotel was modern and the flower arrangements was gorgeous to suit the Fall season.

That the hotel doesn't have a hair and nails salon which is a priority in Geneva.
