Hotel D'Angleterre

Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Feels like home to home.

The staff was tremendous. And it was in a great area. 100% would return.

My only complaint, and its a small one, is the shower tub is a little tight, and the glass doesn't stop water from going everywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Location only

The hotel is old and the iron is rusty and it doesn't deserve this rating at all. Honestly, I'm surprised by the rating. Why? Only the staff's treatment is excellent, and the hotel's location is very special. Other than that, the hotel is very old and doesn't deserve it and there is no entertainment or anything special and its price is very, very exaggerated

Disappointing

The hotel is very old inside and needs to change the carpets because they have an unpleasant smell. The room service is excellent and the staff are friendly. However, I was not pleased with the reception

Beautiful historic hotel in a perfect location

The room was a little small, but was beautifully appointed

Breakfast Was fine, nothing exceptional, however the service was exceptionally great not only at Breakfast but tothe bar the night we arrived and during the stay ,which unfortunately was only one day.

Breakfast was not the best, could've been better in terms of variety.

The hotel is in a prime location, is very well appointed. The staff is over the top accommodating,friendly and helpful. The leopard bar is world class. Staff there is exceptional.

Service was excellent, very personal and staff will anticipate any possible wish or need. Location is first class too. Rooms are very comfortable and very well equiped.

Historic classic hotel. Love the stair case, old elevator, decor. Old world class. Staff was exceptional. Also, proximity to train station is very convenient.

Can’t think of a thing!

Staff were amazing, they even went up to the train station and bought our tickets for next destination.Well and beyond what was expected.

A bit noisy when the band is playing downstairs. We were on the first floor.

Great location for breakfast and dinner, and great food and service for both. Very welcoming on arrival and departure, and attentative. We enjoyed our stay,

Room noise isolation was really bad. Upstairs neighbours were very loud and jumpy at odd times. Sleeping as such was not a nice experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable, clean and right next to the Geneva Christmas Market, and a short stroll to town.

The little touches that were thought of - a night light candle in the bathroom . The beds turned down and bedside mats and bath mats placed during the evening. Lighting good for make up application. Extreme courtesy and attention by the staff. Great location.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect.

There is nothing I did not like. The location is perfect. The property is beautiful. The staff were exceptional. Their hospitality and service made Hotel d’Angeleterre my favorite hotel not only in Geneva, but in the whole Europe.

Great Swiss style Perfect location. Excellent restaurant.
