Amazing personnel. Loved the breakfast they brought. Room was well put together. Easy to get in and out.

Walking distance from Main Train Station and main aatraction.

Room size was just perfect, breakfast delivered on a large, fully packed plate to the room, precisely on time. Sent out the free Geneva transportation card days earlier with multiple follow-ups to make sure that we have received it, so the staff really cares about the guests. The location is great, close to everything.

Location is very nice. Walking distance to train station and several attractions. Breakfast is super! Very cost effective!

The property and staff were great, very convenient location as well, easy access to transport and entertainment. I did stay in the property a few more nights in one of the apartments under a co-workers name, was a wonderful stay.

I have no real complaints, the bed could have been more comfortable, but that is so minor.

Great breakfast, it was delivered to our room at a requested time. It was close to river and downtown area. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice big room.

Nothing that I can think of. We loved the location. The breakfast was awesome.

Olga was really nice and very helpful. She not only helped us with all the information related to the hotel and room, but also to book the bus to Chamonix and explained as all the process. She also helped us with getting around the neighborhood and provided breakfast even when we had to leave very early.

The facilities in general felt very run down. The beds were very uncomfortable; we could feel every spring in the mattresses. The bathroom, besides being super tiny, had a tub that was super high... I felt it was dangerous to get in and out.Location is not as good as other reviews stated.

The location is great

The rooms are badly isolated. My room was next to the reception and when they are talking it was like they are talking next to you. You could also hear the people in the next room very clearly.

The hotel is centrally located next to the bus and within a few blocks of the Geneva Cornivan Train Station so it is a good home base whether heading to other Swiss towns or as a stop over before/after TMB. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. There is a great coffee/match drink cafe at the entrance of the first floor. We also take metro bus to restaurants in different parts of Geneva so it is nice to stay near the train station where all bus lines converge. Breakfast is included and everything on that tray was fantastic.
