The breakfast food was great! The staff very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and modern room. This was a nice stay which was a great value for the price in my opinion. There was a fridge, microwave and some dish ware in the room. The shower was large and water pressure and temperature were great. The location of this place is very central too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and clean unit/building.

I specifically booked this unit because it said cribs were available for infants. When I arrived and saw it was missing, I tried calling customer service for 30 min and nobody answered, and then saw a message from the owner sent at 2pm on arrival day saying a crib was not available.My daughter ended up in the same bed as us and we barely slept for two nights... so not an enjoyable stay.

Localization is great! Also the room is very comfortable and easy to check-in/out.

Staff is terrible!!! Long time to reply… I asked for the transportation card in advance of my travel, I finished my trip and I am still waiting the card.

There is no luggage storage, which I would expect at a hotel. This was not communicated ahead of time. It impacted my stay.

Location was great and so convenient. Check in and out was easy. Room was equipped with everything we needed.

We didn’t meet or interact with any one from the hotel staff during your stay, everything was requested online, which was not convenient. Cleaning the room only on request was not something we enjoyed.

Great location. Between 2 streets that had a nice number of cafes and restaurants.

Nothing. I really tried to remember anything good about the stay but failed.

The stay here is more like free falling. There's no reception or anyone to take your requests or complaints. For 3 days i had no AC or hot water and I had to escalate to city tourism council only to be told that the "office" people of the hotel are not responsible for maintenance! It was 37° and I had to stay outside most of the time because I couldn't breathe in the room. Smelly, hot and humid like a sauna. To top it off, there was no hot water in the bathroom. So you get all sweaty and can't even take a bath. All for the price of a much more decent 5 star hotel. Till date and despite all the complaining NOBODY from the hotel even reached out. They sent a dry email saying they sent an email to the maintenance guys and they'll work on it. Btw the city tourism council's advice was: enjoy a walk outside...!!! Apparently they had zero hope the hotel would fix anything.

Simple, clean, great location. The small room was perfect for me. Also, there was actually a mini fridge in the room, just very mini, but enough for a big bottle of water and a yogurt.

The thermostat in my room wasn't easy to control.

Location was perfect, close to the lake, to the public transport stations, easily reached from the airport, easy access to the rest of the city on foot.It was clean, comfy, and no keys or cards to worry about, just the pass code you get through the email.Unit has everything you need for shorter or longer stay. It has kitchenware, hair dryer and ironing set.

The lights didn't work. I rang the number and spoke to someone but they weren't fixed. Also it would have been great if there was completely tea or coffee - especially when arriving so late. Or a list of local places and opening hours!

Fantastic location! It’s very close to the train and bus station, 10 minutes away from the airport by train.

The deluxe room is pretty small. We didn’t have any coffee in the room at check in.The customer service is pretty bad. We arrived in the morning at the hotel and the first thing we were told is that we cannot check in. I was expecting that, which was not a problem, but we had to ask if it is possible to leave the bags in the luggage room. No greetings when you enter or leave the building and the level of English is very low.

Location perfect and the room was clean and quiet.

The room itself was okay but check in process was difficult to get the code to enter the building. Also it is right around the corner from the red light district. Wished there was a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave in the room.

The place is clean and the location is superb. The room was good. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Walking distance to the lake and the train station.

Had an experience but the manager was able to make up for it. If I remember correctly...Tam the manager attended to us. Thank you Tam . You're great
