Fraser Suites Geneva - Serviced Apartments

Location is great. Easy access to airport. Right in the middle of old town. LARGE -- a whole apartment! Plus free self serve laundry (a must when you are traveling for weeks). Close to bus and trolley lines. Super nice staff. A lot of storage too.

Minor issues, but easy for them to fix: 1) weird lemon scent in reception, really awful. 2) no napkins or sponge in kitchen; 3) 1st floor facing main street was noisy at night. Book on higher floor and facing quieter side. 4) King bed is two twins

I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your staff, the gym, the complimentary laundry, and the most convenient location for us. You have exceeded all expectations. I also adore the room's contemporary design. Thank you, and we will certainly be returning in the future.

The building across is pretty close, there's no privacy. My kids thought it was super cool to see what people were doing in their offices and rooms tho.

The staff were all friendly and helpful! They had lots of people yelling at them about the Air Conditioning and other things and were still very professional.The location was great for walking around the city and the hotel and rooms were nice looking and seemed clean.

The off-putting smell in the hallway was a gross mix of smoke and peppers. We asked for one extra pillow since we only received one for the pullout sofa bed where our kids were sleeping and there weren’t any to be found, but they brought us one the next day. The washer and dryer situation was a wreck and we spent so much time on it, wishing we didn’t know it existed. The elevators were frustrating and so was the fact that several different lights in the room were all on one circuit and we couldn’t just turn on different parts at a time. The air conditioning was definitely not cool enough!!

The location is great. The staff are extremely helpful. They anticipated every need ahead of time. The receptionist was phenomenal. She even went out of her way to help with the laundry facilities. Instead of referring me to another person, she took care of my request with ease. I stayed here twice and I will keep coming back.

Location: two streets back from the lake, trams and high end shopping. Also, steps (up hill) from historic and beautiful old town. Perfect spot!Hotel: suites were very clean, well appointed contemporary apartment with incredibly friendly front desk personnel that function like a hotel. It was perfect for our family to have a kitchen and more space.

We have nothing to change.

Location was excellent. A few blocks to lake Geneva, plenty of bus and tram stops within a 2-3 min walk, hotel is right on a major shopping street. Studio was very roomy with a separate living room, kitchenette with dishwasher, induction cooktop, good size fridge, toaster, but no oven. Full set of nice dishes and utensils. Bathroom was large with a nice shower. Room was quiet and everything was very clean. AC and heating worked great. There was a nice table in the living room that doubled as a desk and dining table. Across the street there is a nice grocery store that has just about everything one needs to make simple meals.

The bed was too firm. The hotel desk told me that they could put a mattress topper on if needed.

Spacious rooms, clean, quite, well maintained or seemed new hotel, had a laundry room, location near high end street

Direction to the entrance was not clear (had to walk around the building), may add a dedicated concierge team

Enjoyed using the gym. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

No bell boy, you deal with your luggages by yourself and the smell of the floor was very bad

There was a very bad sewage smell in the bathroom which was spreading to the whole apartment. I could not sleep due to this smell. The front desk said it was too late to change the apartment or do anything about it.
