I sent an email asking for details how to approach the hotel with a car and leave my luggage and nobody replied! So I had to carry my luggage from the parking lot on my own. Also they need to inform guests that they can have a free voucher to use on buses and tram. I learned about it because another tourist informed me.

I love this hotel so much I always stay at it when I visit Geneva the employees are so friendly welcoming and helpful Gabriella and Adele thank you so much

This time my room was at the second floor I didn’t like it because it was near to the kitchen and the restaurant at the first floor so it was a pit noise and I can smell the food , also The bed was squeaky

Great location , very comfy bed and pillows. Clean and spacious room. Front desk staff were very polite.

The breakfast was quite basic i dont think it reflects the overall standard of the hotel. There was a shortage of staff and glassware/cuttlery.Also although i really liked our room the walls were quite banged up both in the room and bathroom , they could really use a fresh coat of paint.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect and centrally located. Atmosphère and overall vibe was great!

Wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well organized, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay.

On the first day, the receptionist had an unprofessional attitude and was not welcoming.

The location of the hotel was in the central near the shops and restaurants.

The room and bathroom were small . No bathrobe and no room slippers . No kettle to boil water . No tea only coffee. Only one USB port . During breakfast the staff were noisy and playing music from the kitchen area.

- Location is in center - Rooms are quiet, no cars or tram noise - staff are very friendly and very accommodating - housekeeping staff are VERY nice and very clean - we actually extended our stay twice because we felt like this hotel was very comfortable - Its 4 stars but really felt like 5 star boutique hotel. - everything was a walking distance.

- Nothing really, maybe breakfast options can be elevated. - Some rooms are small, so make sure you choose bigger ones if you have a lot of luggage.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Geneva Old Town. Excellent staff. Convenient to restaurants and the lake front.

even though we booked breakfast, we only had it twice and it was ok...would have loved to see some more mature gruyere on the buffet...its the country of gruyere after all

we loved everything from the attentive staff, location, cleanness
