Really homey. Loved the nice fluffy comforter and the double doors that opened were great. Bathroom seemed brand new and everything was really clean. Staff answered all my questions and helped me get where I needed to go.

Location, staff, breakfast quality

I love that the hotel was easy walking distance to so many different things. Anything I needed or wanted to do in Geneva was within walking distance. The room was cozy with plenty of charm and personality.

Geneva is an expensive city. We thought the hotel was super expensive compared to comparable hotels in U.S. Breakfast was not included as it is in most European hotels. Breakfast was outrageously expensive so we only did that one morning.

The room was air conditioned and dispute overlooking a side road was very quiet.

It was so clean and quiet! And staff was very attentive!

Central location. Beautiful hotel. The front desk lady allowed us to check in a little before our time. She was also very kind and helped us with the parking meter. The hotel was very clean. No issues. Yes, we would book it again.

They only have a few parking spaces so preregistration is probably a good idea when booking your room. We didn’t and had to park on the street. Not a big deal.

Check-in went smoothly; we arrived very early so we were able to leave our large suitcases at the front desk while we toured Geneva waiting for our room to be ready. There is a close grocery store for breakfast needs. Easy location for walking to shopping etc.

I would prefer better lighting (brighter) so that I can tell the difference between my navy pants and my black pants. I would also prefer to have a place to sit down to do my hair and makeup.

Comfortable, quiet room, larger than expected. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a traditional style. Location was superb, very near my meeting and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ample, but not up to the quality I expected for the price charged: watery scrambled eggs, undercooked bacon, limited cheese choices, and other accompaniments.

Location is amazing, everything is clean and elegant Don't miss the cute sauna and hammam

Beautiful boutique hotel, rooms were very nicely appointed. Bath & large shower was fantastic! Staff was wonderful, super helpful! Great location!

Bed were a little saggy, probably time for a new mattress. Beautiful shower needs a shower mat, floor very slippery.

Bad

The restaurant that used to be one of the best features of the hotel was closed! Even though on Booking and on the hotel's website it was stated that it was open. The minibar was turned off (no possibility of storing cold drinks in the room)!
