The pillows were comfortable.

I thought it was outrageous that they charged us an extra 60 francs to open a cot in our room that wasn't even particularly comfortable. The location was also much farther from the airport by public transportation than indicated on their website.

The room was clean, comfortable and secure (even when taking the stairs, you have to scan your keycard). It's located next to Stade de Genève, so if you're in town during an event held there, it's perfect--there's a shopping mall next door as well. If you need to get downtown, there are public transit options within walking distance.

Very good location. Geneva Transport Card provided by the hotel is very useful with bus stops just outside the hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned one day, somehow missed out.

The location was excellent, being in a shopping mall is a bonus for shopping and grocery, besides dining at the footcort which costs less that a restaurant. Tip: buy the swiss chocolates from the Coop supermarket in the mall for very cheap price compared to outside touristic shops. ? The bus stop number 80 is right in front and it connects you to the city center and can take you anywhere. The hotel "and most of Geneva hotels" provide you with a FREE transportation card for the period of your stay which is a great way to explore tge city and save money. Beds were comfortable and the AC can be adjusted to a cool temperature. The staff were superb ? very kind and helpful

Parking "inside the mall" is not free $15 per day. The sofa bed is very small and uncomfortable,and breakfast is expensive, but you can get plenty of delicious patisserie from Coop supermarket in the mall.

The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is very caring and friendly. At our request, they issued us a card for free travel on public transport! The location is super convenient! There is a bus stop and a train station nearby. There is also a shopping center and a grocery store in the neighboring building. I recommend it!

For what you can expect in European hotels within this budget, Ramada rooms were pretty spacious, neat and quite comfortable. Location was excellent, and staff was really courteous and helpful.

Again as expected in most European hotels, breakfast is the same standard monotonous menu with no variations whatsoever. Water bottles are not replenished in the rooms daily except for what was provided on the first day, 2 small 300 ML bottles for three people.

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, wifi is great! Staff is helpful and friendly. The location is not at downtown but there are bus stops nearby.

There isn't any kettle in the room. Breakfast is not included; you need to pay CHF20 to enjoy it. The choices are good.

It was in a good location next to a mall. However we were at the hotel on a Sunday and the mall was closed. The only thing open in the mall was fast food. Also there were no restaurants open either. The hotel itself was fine.

The flat screen tv’s were not smart tv’s. This means that there are only local channels in the local language. We are from the USA and we couldn’t watch anything in English. Also, since it was not a smart tv we couldn’t even stream a movie or tv series. We had to watch Netflix on my phone.

The room was ready when we arrived. The side is very good, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. It has a small couch. Overall, it is very clean, and the air conditioning works well. The location is by a shopping mall, and there is a good Italian restaurant right outside the hotel.

The shower needs some extra care and to be cleaner. I saw on the corners some black fungi, but the toilet and the sink were clean. but the shower needs to be taken care of better.

Very warm welcome. The personnel was excellent.The parking is in the same place like the shopping mall next door, but is separate and free.

- having to pay the city/tourist tax separately- there was no additional safety lock for the doors- the entrance to the parking for the location is a bit tricky to find. it is in the adjacent block. Our GPS navigation did send us to the "exit". The drive to the correct entry was a bit of a detour

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We received a free transportation card during our stay.

All accommodations in Switzerland are very expensive, so the price was high. The location is not close to the city center, so you will have to drive or use public transportation. The parking was a big hard to figure out.
