Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Centre

The hotel was quiet and close to the airport which is what we were looking for after a long flight left us jet lagged. The black out blinds were a nice touch since we went to bed at 4pm local time.

The beds were rock hard, the room was small and the onsite hotel restaurants were so so with the exception of the breakfast buffet which was well done though expensive.

Clean and spacious room

Dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. I am sympathetic to allowing dogs in the hotel, but having them barking a lot right outside my door. Terrible experience, and something the hotel needs to think about - eg locating owners with dogs separated

The person who welcome us at the reception desk was not smiling at all and seemed bored about her job

That it had a pool and shuttle to airport and free internet.

The pool hours need to be open sooner and longer hot tub was not hot it was like warm the food was expensive to eat there. Was not worth the price we paid to stay not a four star hotel.no free breakfast either.

Frequency of airport shuttle service and proximity to airport, large, well maintained rooms, Very security conscious (must use key card to activate elevator)

Overpriced food services(39 euro for breakfast buffet,55 euros for lunch) we did not eat on site as a result. In room coffee supply was inadequate (2 instant coffee portions for the room and the shower needs non slip surface (my spouse slipped & fell)

The junior suite was everything we expected - comfortable, clean.

Phone didn't work Kettle didn't work, I had to take downstairs as phone didn't work Staff at reception were frosty Were reassured we could use sauna and steam room in place of pool but I couldn't take my daughter as they were not mixedNot a great stay. Aimed at business users really.

We walked from the airport as the shuttle seemed to be late the walk was quite complex could be signposted how to get to hotel

Loved this place! Hotel provided a shuttle to get to airport. Property was updated, stylish, quiet, comfortable and priced right. Will stay again when in Geneva for the night.

restaurant has nice food

smoke in the room and a sign that says fine 300 CHF if you smoke in there. and the room was a suite... also very expensive for what it is and the room was in another part of the hotel had to walk outside to get to it...

Restaurant had limited food options and quite expensive. We didn’t know there was a free shuttle service from the airport so it was quite hard to walk there.

The lounge and pool was great for our kiddos. The suite was spacious

The room was a bit too hot for my liking, but we didn't have instructions how to lower the temperature

Outdated hotel - the new one they are building will probably be better but we were still in the old hotel Bad cheap and hard bedsBreakfast very very normal , no fresh local products , old croissants , things that should be hot to eat were cold ( omelets , bacon fried eggs etc ).Expensive parking en plus on the already expensive stay No good price - quality ( over 2000 euro for 4 nights
