The location is great and has free onsght parking. We booked a family room with connecting doors and it was really nice.

The breakfast could be improved slightly. There is no bacon served. The twin beds joined together instead of queen/ double beds as requested

Good location, minutes away from Geneva and the Geneva airport. The room was comfortable and clean.

The heating system is old, luckily was not that cold outside. Definetely it needs an upgrade.

Very nice hotel, with amazing free parking and nice pool, good for staying on the way, when travelling. Have a nice shopping center very close to the hotel.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but the location is not good if you want to travel without car. But for me personally it was fine.

A great place — a hidden gem in the heart of the picturesque countryside, yet very conveniently located just 12 minutes by train from Geneva. We felt very welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. They even upgraded our room to a Suite, which was excellent. As an added bonus, they provided a free transport pass that allowed us to travel around the beautiful Coppet area at no cost. Plus, the complimentary airport shuttle was super convenient — we were happy to take advantage of it!

The shower head was positioned awkwardly, causing most of the water to spill onto the floor. It was nearly impossible to take a proper shower

The resort is great with spa, restaurant and other ammenities such as gym and billiard

For having 4 stars they should offer more than just one soap for body and hair (no conditioner nor body lotion available). Also the isolation between rooms is very bad, you can hear all the noises from the corridor

Bed pillows were either far (ridiculously) too large, or too small to be comfortable. Acknowledged and confirmed requests upon reservation were not delivered. (No extra towels in room upon arrival. No onsite parking reserved.) But, most disappointing were the surprisingly uncomfortable bed pillows which very unfortunately really prevented us from enjoying a good night's rest.

Food at the restaurant was very tasty and the staff where very friendly and helpful. The wellness rooms where great and we felt very relaxed after using them.

Unfortunately our room was situated down the hall from all the rooms being stripped out so when we where trying to do some work in our room it was very noisy, a different room away from all the maintenance work would of been better.

The staff were really friendly. I got upgraded when I arrived and had a lake view from my room. Great sauna and facilities. I came to relax and left feeling as such.

It was more expensive than I thought - especially to to any laundry. And I didn't realise it's location was a bit further out from the city and it took a while on public transport. Just something to note in regards to getting around

booked the "standard room" which is very small.For just a single person on 3 days business trip that is OK, but would not recommend for longer stay or couples

The property offered a free airport shuttle which is why we booked this hotel. The suite which we were upgraded to was just lovely and the beds were so comfy. The view was stunning and the breakfast was very tasty and had a big variety of options to suit everyone. I had contacted the hotel prior to arriving to make it a bit more special as we’d recently gone through a nasty accident as a family and the hotel left a hand written note which I sent them and a bar of chocolate.

Prior to our arrival I contacted the hotel to let them know whilst we were still in England that our flight was delayed. They messaged me back saying not to worry and they would track our flight with the delay. On arrival to Geneva airport there was so sign of the shuttle. I rang them and was told we were too late and the shuttle had finished. This is fair enough but feel this could have been communicated clearer when I first contacted them to say our flight was delayed. We had to get a taxi which for a ten minute drive was an eye watering £70. Secondly the helpful man who checked us in said we could book their shuttle service the next day to take us to the train station which was 5 minutes away. After breakfast we asked to book the shuttle and was told it was full taking people to the airport. We could get a bus or walk. It would have been a 40 minute walk and with our suitcases we didn’t want to do that so ended up using an uber at £15. Glad we did because it didn’t look very walkable to us on the way to the station. All in all the hotel was lovely but I do think clearer communication from staff would make this hotel even better.

Suite was lovely with a balcony. Good views of lake GenEaa. Easy access to motorway.

Motorway noise was minimal.

The town of Coppet

Rooms are really small.Restaurant didn't accomdate us claiming it is a separate entity from the hotel.

The mattress wasn’t so comfortable

Located in a nice quiet area and still close to airport, quite a few members of staff were lovely and made you feel welcomed especially those at the Reception.

The property was unkempt, litters at the entrance and elevators, limited lunch and dinner menu and each room had just 500ml of Still Water even when the room is booked for 2.

The hotel is quiet and close to the Geneva Fountain, 15 minutes away. Suitable for families. Our apartment was comfortable, facing the lake. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. It has a nice feature. It has a water sprayer in the bathroom next to the toilet seat for hot and cold water.
