Geneva Hostel is centrally located in Geneva and is in a historic building from the 19th century. It provides free Wi-Fi and a restaurant serving Swiss cuisine in the evenings. Lake Geneva is only 270 yards away. Some of the simply furnished rooms have a private bathroom and others feature shared-use bathroom facilities. A breakfast is served daily. Geneva Hostel comes with common living room featuring a TV. A shared-use kitchen with a microwave and a dining area is available as well. Lockers are featured on site and the property has an elevator. Restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. The Geneva Transport Card, providing free public transportation, is already included in the rate. The Gautier Bus Stop (tram line 1) is a 4-minute walk away and Geneva Airport can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Pros +
- The staff was very gentle and willing to answer all my questions. The place looked nice and neat and was very warm.
- The staff were great and for a hostel room the view and terrace were awesome!
- The breakfast was good.
Cons -
- It was the second time I share a room with unknown people and I guess it was luck, but the other guests snored too much and it was hard to sleep.
- The photo was a little misleading. The showerhead position left a LOT to be desired.
- I didn't like this so called hostel. It was run like a business renting beds to people by the hundreds. No opportunities to meet people and no kitchen. To use the refrigerator you leave a large deposit and you make and then strip down your own bed.
