Frig did not work. Couch was uncomfortable. Breakfast would not recommend

We arrived early and our room was already available for us, that made our day after a long flight from the U.S. The location is very convenient and the area is very nice.

The room decor was a bit outdated.

Tight, short, old focetts (taps), little water pressure for a good shower.

Clean and efficient stay right in the heart of Geneva. The rooms are outdated, but the price, cleanliness, and spacious size of the rooms make up for it. It has an old-world charm.

Friendly staff. Great location.

Central climate control did not work at all one night, other nights it did but just slightly. The room temperature in the night remained between 25 - 28 degrees.The climate thing made a lot of noise.

Wifi did not work. No help offered from the staff. Aircon did not work. Lift broke down. Breakfast is really poor for the price.

Breakfast was good, a bit more variety wouldn’t hurt though. Say, hot oatmeal and some vegetables would be a good addition to what is already being offered.

The fact that I couldn’t turn my AC on (the unit was turned off for the entire hotel until warmer time) AND the radiator in my room was warm/hot here and there (not sure why) resulted in me having to open the windows at night for some cool air but then it was noisy from the outside city life.

The location is perfect and the staff is friendly

Good location for what I needed. Good price at a exceptionally busy time in Geneva

Did not send me a Geneva Public Transportation pass prior to arrival despite request, nor provided on check-in. Had to specifically request on check out for journey back to airport

The location is very good.

The room was like a student dorm from 90-ties. With mouldy/dusty walpapers, old window curtains and the bathroom like in the granny's house. The door of minibar cupboard was hanging on one hinge. But the worst of all was the smell of cigarettes in the room. Someone was smoking in the room very recently. I have no idea how this place can be rated as 4 star hotel.

I come to Geneva often. Location was good but refrigerator did not work. Also took 2 days to fix the heat. Fridge was never fixed or replaced. Overall disappointed for a 5 night stay.

Aircon but not allowed to use it even though the lobby aircon was on too keep the staff cool. The mattress was old no support and doesn’t even fit the frame. Non smoking but the room next to me smoke and they also listened to porn out loud. Wifi was terrible they have some stupid site blockers couldn’t even access two of my email accounts. Or simple e-commerce websites

You have to ask the question to the swiss authorities on how they can rate this hotel as a 4 star? It is dirty, outdated, the only reason I chose it was I had a last minute business trip and because of fair/shows there was absolutely no rooms available in Geneva, no wonder this was the only hotel with availability - nobody returns there unless they have to. We paid SFR 500 for what sells for 150 on a regular day, but it is worth probably 50!

The hotel is 4star but old 4star, Clean, good staff, some far about city center but buses are ok and the hotel gives you free transfer till the 5:00 of the day after your departure , just be aware if you are euro citizen your simcards should be charged for roaming because switzerland is not in euro. Dont reserve the minimums the minimums like 225 room is full of facility sounds from 6 oclock

Location & budget price

Hotel & facilities getting quite old, but ok clean. However, mattresses fully worn out & just “flat”. No comfort whatsoever, … no sleep for two nights. Still backpain.

Exceptionally professional staff, the gentleman who was at the desk this morning helped me with so much patience as I had to solve a last minute emergency before my departure from this very fast business trip in Geneva.I am used to traditional European places of that rating and I found exactly what I expected :I had a single standard room, took a nice hot tub, watched some news & used the wifi in the very comfy large bed in which I slept so nicely until room service woke me up as planned for my meeting.Loved the general feel and deco, noble materials throughout, lots of wooden warmth.

A little old fashioned

Great hotel, central location, but quiet. One of the main tram lines ? is behind the building (cannot hear it). Great ambiance with the large stylish lobby . The rooms are larger than most other hotels in Geneva. Staff is genuinely friendly and very helpful ?.
