Staff and location were exceptional. Room was very very good but not exceptional

Breakfast was very expensive, however you could get any breakfast you wanted. A great selection for a price was available.

Location is convenient.

Reception told us that breakfast was included when we checked in, but charged us for breakfast when we checked out.

I asked for a quiet room and was given a room facing the courtyard. And it was totally quiet! Quite remarkable for a hotel in a big city. The room itself was modern and very well appointed. Beautiful, modern bathroom. The breakfast was great.

Very convenient location. Staff was amazingly supportive and helpful. The room was a good value, very comfortable and immaculate. Easy 10 minute local train ride (with no taxi or uber needed) to the Geneva airport. Easy walking distance to Geneva.

The hallways and staircases were unusually dark.

Great location, surrounded by delicious foods from all ethnicities. Short walk to train station.

We loved our stay here. The beds were comfortable, rooms were really clean, the staff were kind and the location was perfect. My husband loved the sauna to stretch in after a long flight. We didn’t get the chance to use the bikes or eat here.

BE AWARE OF HOTEL THEFT!!! Stayed 1 night for business and had a personal and valuable item stolen from me in room 44. I rarely write reviews for business travel, but felt compelled as this is simply not acceptable. Hotel have written to say they have tried their best with housekeeping, but have not managed to "find the item". Terribly disappointing and concerning behavior. Nothing wrong with hotel otherwise, but this is a massive red flag when you cannot even feel safe in the hotel.

No fuss clean modern, good size room.

It has a sauna and a little gym.

They didn’t have a parking.

Great staff, great location, place was kept very clean members of the party have allergic rhinitis didnt get triggered.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the city and accessing the train station for day trips.

More vegan options for breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers, and excellent bathroom amenities. The location is perfect, and the lobby is beautiful.

We couldn’t find central heating in the room, only air conditioning. If you leave in the morning and return in the evening, the room can feel quite cold.
