Friendly hotel staff, I thought the hotel was well designed and enjoyed the vibe! Loved that it was located right next to the train station, made it easy for my one night stay. Could walk to city center too, so overall a good location! I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious my room was (for Europe). The bathroom was also incredible! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short stay or if you plan to use the train system a lot.

The hotel is next to the train station and a busy road, still the room was silent during the night, so had no problem to have a good sleep. Staff was prepared and helpful and the room is equipped with everything, no need for a socket converter.

We found ants in the bathroom, however later during the evening they were disappeared. A minor thing, the painting on a small part of the bathroom ceiling is falling, could be a result of an earlier water damage. The built-in AC needs some practicing to set the temperature properly, stayed only for 1 night so it was OK. We found the upsell attempt of the robes a little bit lame, as the quality is very poor (had to replace exactly the same type in 1 year) and the store price is typically about the 1/5th what the hotel is trying to ask for them.

Luxury, luxury, luxury, great rooms with everything you need, great service, close to gare Cornavin to all rails and buses, my go-to stay in Geneva! Thank you!!!

The location was great for getting around the city.

No air conditioning and very noisy when we opened the window to cool it down. Room was very small for the money.

Disgusting

When I got off the elevator the first room I saw the door was open. A man was having sex with a woman. Three or forur men were watching. Open door. Like it was the most normal thing in the world. Something very wrong with this place. A whore house.

This is an excellent hotel for travelers who need to be close to the train station or airport (10 min drive to the airport). Super clean, modernized rooms, smells nice, staff was very helpful.

The hotel is right by the main train station. It was an easy walk from one to the other. There are restaurants & shopping nearby. Our room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was great & offered a lot of variety compared to other hotels. Everything was well stocked.

Great location and great value for Geneva! Plus, it's literally a two minute walk from the train station. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Great staff, clean, good breakfast. Great location

The location was excellent - it is directly across the main bus / train station which was extremely useful for getting to the airport and the UN. The room was perfect size for me and had everything I need eg a mini fridge and a kettle with tea , milk sugar. There are many stores at the train station where you can get food stuff.

Hotel is in a very central location; directly across the street from the train station and convenient to walk to many of the main city sites. Friendly staff. Room was spacious with a separate kitchenette area.

Construction on the building next door was right outside our window. Started at 5:00-5:30 both mornings and woke us up to concrete/brick debris being dumped into a garbage bin. Needless to say we were unable to sleep through it and were up earlier than planned for vacation. Understand its out of the hotel's control but would have obviously preferred a different room or at least been warned and compensated (maybe free breakfast so we could have gotten coffee rather than just laying there trying to fall back asleep).

The breakfast was good. The room they placed us was noisy at night but that is to be expected I believe if you're in the heart of the city center. Other than that, it was comfortable and great location. Easy access to the train station.

the hotel was quite old, expensive for what it was. The bed wasnt good, the pillows were really bad. Overall the hotel just looks old and wouldnt stay there again.

The room was very clean and had plenty of room, yet it was bit noisy, so we had to keep the windows closed. That helped- I would come back. It was very comfortable and very clean.

It was all just fine.
