The location to the train station and the lake. The dinning area had an incredible view.

Our refrigerator didn't get very cold, but not a huge problem.

First, I was given a dungeon-like room #122. After complaining, I was shifted to a quite good room #610 thanks to the receptionist lady.

The location was perfect for me as a train traveler, the rooms are large and clean, and breakfast was very good.

Location is great, right next to the train station, which is useful if you are traveling with your luggage on the train or coming from the airport. The area is lively with many restaurants and cafes. From the hotel, it is an easy walk to the city center. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a nice variety of breads and egg options.

Nothing everything is great.

I stayed in this properly before and i used to like it. It appearsr fhey go lower and lower: their heating system does not work, very cold in the rooms and their solution is a small electrical radiator which they provide only if you ask or complain. Staff unprepared and pretty unpleasant, especially in the evening. They don’t find solutions, they find excuses. Run and never again!

What a terrific place to stay and the staff were extremely welcoming and let us into the room early given we had arrived quite early in the morning after a 22 hour flight. Super helpful about everything

It was a little expensive for the standard hotel it is, but I guess we’re in Geneva so whatever

The room was excellent and spacious overlooking the Notre Dame Basilica.Despite the main tramway station right outside the hotel door, you do not hear anything inside.Then, the main city train station is in the hotel 's space. Taking the glass elevator to your room gets you to see the trains arriving and leaving all day long.Breakfast room on the 8th floor has a nice panaromic city view and tables setup is very well done.Service at the reception was more than great by all staff members no matter what the time of the day was.

There is nothing I can think of.No wonder professor Calculus (from Tintin) always stayed at this hotel :-)

Fabulously convenient to central train station. Friendly staff. Interconnecting rooms for a family of 4, great city views.

Rooms were a bit hot with no way of cooling them down.

The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The windows open for fresh air.

Great locatiom, next to Conrnavin train station a 5 mins walk from the lake front.

Bed arrangements were poor and I had to spent first night in a 3 star property because of no proper bed Breakfast could be better

Uncontrollable heating in the room. No thermostat in sight to regulate the heat. It was a furnace
