Small room, poor A/C, window view onto the trash receptacles

What I liked most about this hotel is its excellent location: a short walk to the Old Town and very close to the Cornavin train station (right around the corner) and then it?s just a 7 minute train ride to the Geneva airport.

The hotel is in a great location. Very convenient to the lake and train station. We felt very safe in this area. The room was quiet, clean, and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The hotel advertises they have AC but when it is cool outside you can?t use it and they suggest opening the window. Our room was very warm and until they provided a fan for us we couldn?t get enough of a draft in the window to cool the room.

Rooms are small but well thought out and in a very modern style such that all that would be normally available is in the room. Very good location.

Cool decor, efficient floorplan. Convenient location one block from Genéve's main train station. No street noise, automatic sunshades and A/C kept our room comfortable. Spotlessly clean throughout. Liked it so much we extended our stay another night!

Room keys are kept at front desk when guests go out. Staff did not verify our identity when we returned from our day out and asked for our room number's key. I felt this was a security issue, especially for females traveling with no males in their party.

Air conditioning never worked properly. In some summer days, heat can be unbearable. Staff just shrugs, and says it's the same in all rooms. As much as I liked the hotel, I wouldn't return unless they fix this issue.

The location was great, the staff were very nice and the hotel was clean. It was close to a lot of sites and to a major transport hub so getting around was very easy. There are convenience stores within a minute walk if you need to get small supplies for your room like toiletries, water or snacks.

It was slightly overpriced. I paid for a double bed, but I had to single beds instead of a double bed, meaning I couldn't use the whole bed. The pillows offered zero support and were very uncomfortable. Every morning you can hear people throwing commercial waste into the recycling bins meaning you are woken by the sounds of glass crashing into the bins and general noises outside.

The staff were nice. The room was small but clean and had what we needed. The location was good. Near the train station but also only a short walk to the lake and old town.

I had chosen a hotel with parking in the filters. When we arrived they sent us to park in a private parking lot.

It has a central location near the main train station and was clean.

The hotel is very dated, the bed and pillow were not comfortable, overall it was very expensive for the lack of quality

Location is near to train station. Although the room is small, it is well equipped and clean. This is the first hotel that I stayed (throughout Swiss) that provide separate soap shampoo dispenser (usually are 3-in-1 soap).

I didn't really like the key concept to unlock the hotel door.

The bathroom, while clean, was a bit awkward from a privacy perspective. Someone on the toilet could be seen/heard from another person in the sink area.

The bathroom is the best part of the room: well thought through, compact, and very clean.

The Tv screen is too small to make it an enjoyable moment.
