The staff member greeted us with an upset face the night of July 11, he was rushing because it was late, rude, he gave the wrong rooms to my two guests-the efficiency room to my sister and the tiny room to my male cousin, a big difference in price.

The room was clean and functional and the hotel is very well located because of the awesome public busses and trams. Good breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Personnel was alert and very helpful.

The street noise. We had to upgrade the room to a small suite situated at the back of the hotel, at a cost though, since the room they offered was on the noisy street side. If one is a good sleeper it will not disturb you much unless you sleep with a window open. In the suite, one sliding door, separating the bedroom from the day room did not work. (it was out of the groove). The mirror above the sink did not work. One outlet near the window did not work. Airco for us was not necessary but might be noisy and cumbersome in summer since it is a separate big unit in the room!

Location, clean and good staff

The smell inside the apartment was very bad. A lot of cooking smells coming from outside which mad our stay not that good

Friendly staff

The room is very noisy; and they installed an AC unit in the room that is extremely noisy and inefficient.

Public transport - Tram stop - right outside the door.

This, like many hotels recently, provides on chair for a room for two.

Easy to get to, nice staff and location. Transport etc great.

Only thing is the air conditioning unit is really quite loud. Couldn’t turn the fan down enough and the constant sound of water trickling through the machine, made me want to pee all night ?

Room was small but all the basic amenities are available.

No reception during night and no restaurants

The staff is great. The location is very good.

The noise from the portable AC they installed in the room once it’s on you cannot hear yourself. It’s very loud so we kept it off all the time. I wish they could improve installing a quieter AC.

Clean room and good location just front of the trum station. Breakfast is decent and good restaurants are nearby. It is my bavorit hotel to visit our customer in Univ. Geneva.

There is a staircase to reach the elevator. With heavy luggage such as tools and files for a business trip, it is a bit inconvenient.

Location was amazing. Convenient Tram connection to all the locations including Airport, Station. Lake, Bus Station and other Tourist spots. Front office was very eager to help, guide and give directions

Clean hotel, excellent staff and good breakfast. Great position for public transport - trams just outside entrance!

The room is clean, has kitchette with basic tools and cutlery. The staffs are very helpful. The location is perfect. You can simply take tram no. 15 from Cornavin and the hotel is just in front of Acacias stop. Hertz is located in walking distance and route 1a entrance is just a few blocks away, so you can rent a car and drive to outskirts without being annoyed by confusing traffic inside the city.

You have to carry your suitcase several steps to reach the lift. No self laundry room in the hotel but you can find self laundry rooms nearby.

Convenient location and easy check in.

My room was a bit dated… still comfortable,but def in need of a renovation.

The TV remote control did not work properly

Simple, comfortable, clean, well placed. Equipped kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Tram line stop right out side the hotel.

2 Star at best. Building site opposite hotel which started at 7am. Busy road outside which was noisy all day and most of the night. 2 very small and very old lifts. We stayed 4 days and room not cleaned during our stay. Tea and coffee when we arrived but not refilled as was the shampoo in the bathroom. Position of hotel about a mile from the centre.

Small room, not really well isolated, cold in winter.

Everything was just perfect, the location of the hotel more than perfect as the tram stopped right in front of the hotel and you can go anywhere from them. The best part, they provided me with a transport card for the whole stay, so it was a bonus for me. The staff was always helpful and friendly, so happy I stayed here, truly worth it.

Notting I can think of, again, everything was just perfect!
