I didn’t like seeing a dirty towel during check-in. When I dropped it on the floor to have it replaced next day, they put it back. On the day of check-out, they painted the floor and asked to open the door to paint the door frame.

Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Friendly and attentive staff

Breakfast area was a bit cluttered and a few times items had not been replaced.

Very clean. Convenient location 5 minutes away of Geneva central train station.

Mo amenities. No coffee machine in the room.

The shower was lovely and the bed was comfortable.

The dinner food was not great and very quiet. Also staff at bar are not very attentive.

the room was clean warm and tidy. It was nice to have the room cleaned and refreshed every day the wifi access was easy to use and reliablethe bed was very comfortable and the room temperature perfect - never needed to use the AC

Staff where sometimes slow to respond to requests- although at other times they were very polite and helpfulthe bar was poorly staffed and at one time refused to allow the bill to be assigned to my room - requiring me to go back up to my room to get my bag and come down again to pay for my drink. This was very annoying It was disappointing not to have any glass wear in the room - the paper cups where functional but not pleasant to drink from

Great location - very central and easy access to UN buildings. Rooms comfortable and clean - staff helpful and very reasonably priced.

There are no gym facilities but this is reflected in the price.

The price online was less a few days before our stay and Booking.com would not adjust the price

Confortable hotel, clean room, situated not far from the center and the railway station. We recieved free transport cards for all types of Geneva public transport.

Excellent Location, 7min walk to the City Center - Train Station Access to the hotel was easy with No5 bus.Room was clean and comfortable.

15 min walking distance to Gare Cornavin and a bus stop 50 m away, the location of the hotel is really very convenient. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the UN by bus. The room had all the necessary facilities, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really satisfactory. The personnel were kind and friendly.

Maybe not necessary for everyone but a small fridge could be fine.

Always stay here for work when in Geneva. Excellent location, and is reliably quiet and smooth functioning.

Wifi isn't the strongest, and the last few times I've been there have been renovations taking place that have made it untidy and noisy.

I like the location it was excellent near bus stations, two supermarkets very near Aldi and Denner and a restaurant Rumi, also ten minutes walk to gare cornavin Geneva Also I like the staff was very helpful and friendly and the cleaning standard

First the room was small for three persons. No sufficient place to keep our clothes so we had to keep some in our bags. No sufficient hang points in toilet.Finally no mini bar or small fridge.

The rooms are very small and basic facilities, however very clean and adequate.The staff are really friendly and helpful.No fridge, kettle or hand towels, only paper cups.This is good value for money for the location. Bus stop, good restaurants and supermarket close by, easy access to main attractions with free public transport.

I liked the set up of the hotel and the comfort. Will recommend definitely. hotel had a nice vibe feeling. Staff were nice and helpful. Was close to a busstop and a grocery store was opposite the hotel which helped a lot.

More pillows in the bedroom and the preferably a kettle and tea facilities in the bedroom would make your stay nicer. I did not like the coffee facilities on ground floor and using paper cups to drink from.

Daily cleaning, a big shout to them did a great job.

Smell of cigarettes are unbearable. Pillows are very bad and very high.
