The best stay of our vocation. It is not exactly in the center of the city, but commuting is very easy. Hotel is very cozy and welcoming. Breakfast is outstanding. Restaurant is very cute and stylish. Staff is extremely helpful.

The lighting was a bit too dark to my liking.

The staff was sooo kind. I had fever and woman from restaurant gave me medicine. I truly felt like home. ❤️

The staff were accommodating and really helpful. The hotel is cosy , the restaurant is great all the dishes were excellent.

That you need to remember a code at night to enter the main gate. An access via the room card would be great.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, we loved the atmosphere in the restaurant with the live piano music. Closed enough to the city center and easy access to tram and buses ( free Geneva transport card from the hotel which can be used all around the city and airport). Easy to check in and out as it can be also done online.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would have liked to eat in the restaurant but our son is extremely fussy with food. But I’m sure that if we had asked then the restaurant would have adapted for his needs. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was nice.

I think that we would have perhaps chosen somewhere within walking distance of the city centre but that was our mistake.

Spacious room.

The staff does not speak English well. A worn mattress. There are live performances in the restaurant next door, and since the room is poorly soundproofed, you can't sleep. The performance ended at half past one in the morning.

We loved the atmosphere in the restaurant. Live piano music gave a great vibe.

Air conditioning did not work. On reporting we were told it had been reported but nothing happened. Couldn’t open the windows because I’d the traffic noise. Fortunately it wasn’t that hot outside in October.

Lovely room, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

A little bit out of town by only a short tram ride. However a 10 min walk up a hill to reach the tram.

Room view was not very nice, it was towards the back of the house.

We didn’t read all of the fine print before booking, admittedly our fault, and didn’t realize it would be unstaffed during our stay. They sent so many messages back to back regarding off hours access, online check in, etc… We’re on a cycle tour and stopping to read 8 consecutive emails after booking wasn’t ideal. It felt more like checking into an international flight instead of showing up for a simple one night hotel stay. No restaurant during the weekend (and not close to anything open on a Sunday) also not a big selling point for this property.

The room was excellent. The staff was great. The Rest’t, was available on late arrival. Music, excellent food. Loved it.

Without GPS, impossible to find.

Convenient location, close to bus/tram stop.Also they provide transportation card, so the bus/tram travels are basically free of charge. The restaurant is fantastic if you plan to have dinner there.

The road near the hotel is busy, also at night. I sleep with windows open to get enough fresh air, so the car noice was waking me up all night.There was an air purifier in the room, but it was also quite loud.

We really liked the hotel. It has a very nice atmosphere and the staff was great! Especially Juliet was exceptional. The restaurant food was great as well! Even the Hotel is located a but further away in an industrial zone we had free public transport passes so could go anywhere.

They had loud music every night finishing at about 11pm at the restaurant which you can hear in the room if you have your window open. They providied ear plugs in the room, that helped.

Friendly helpful staff. Close enough to city centre with easy access to trams (free Geneva transport card). Large comfortable room with lovely ensuite, powerful shower.

Breakfast was fine, but a limited choice of cereals.

Really loved this place. We had a suite for two adults and 6 y o child and it was spacious, clean & modern.

Location is a bit random but v easy for airport & city centre by taxi.

Its very nice and lovely stay, the restaurant very good quality, the staff very kind, special thanks to Ms. Julia, Ms. Sara, Ms. Florence and the lovely Ms. From Brazil (sorry couldn’t remember her name)!
