Quiet, good location

Air conditioning didn’t work, the room was way too hot

Staff and the interior design lovely cosy and hot thats the best thing in europe to find in a hotel I believe ☺️

Breakfast was weak tea was good but they didnot have many options.

Front desk was super nice and helpful. The rooms was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location to get out and walk around Geneva. Also very close to transit and train station.

No fitness room. Had to us the hotel around the corners fitness room.

Clean,friendly, convenient

Very clean and centrally located. Nicely decorated and kept up. Service is very professional and helpful. Easy connection with public transport.

All was good. On the tad side expensive which can put it out of reach sometimes, but that is the norm in Geneva. Other than that a very nice accommodation that I try to return to when the price is in right.

Good hotel, I staid with my family for 2 nights, and it was clean and comfortable. The size of the room for 4 persons was not appropriate, but generally good hotel

The room was spacious and very clean and they provided coffee and machine. And glasses.

The breakfast was not good at all. The breakfast ends at 10.30am but by 9am there was little left and pastries were not replenished.

We loved everything from the moment we were welcomed to the moment we left. The staff,particularly Tetiana, with whom we had most contact went above and beyond. The room was a really good size even though classed as a standard double. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.Breakfast was fresh, hot and food choice was great. Most places within walking distance but tram stop about 1-2mins away and station 8-10minute walk. With the Geneva transport card supplied by the hotel for the whole stay we could use trams, buses,trains, water taxis fee of charge.

- The room felt stuffy and too warm (in December). I wish we could control the temperature better- View from the room was meh (but that didn't matter to us)
