Everything. The staff were really good even before I arrived confirming certain queries, and everything was exactly as I had asked for, They were very friendly and professional. The room was very well appointed. Air Con worked, There was a kettle & fridge in the room. It was impeccably clean. Breakfast was lovely and service very good. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and have already booked for a return stay.

It is a little dearer than hotels of a similar class.

Construction noise at 7:30am and AC airflow is almost zero.

The room was comfortable but storage space for closing was minimal: you can never quite unpack

The furnishing of the hallway and the lounge has artistic pretenses that fall well short. It is not even very functional. The hotel is very expensive for what it offers, but, I suppose, that goes for the entire city of Geneva.

Convenient to the train station. Nice room. Very nice breakfast was included.

View from the room wasn’t great….buildings under construction nearby.

The location was great, easy walk to the train station. While the DECKER was a little star, I have to say it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The beautiful linens were changed every day. The staff was exceptionally friendly at the front desk and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. I could not have asked for anything more.

Depending on which way you walked away from the property, the neighborhood could get a little gritty. It will be interesting to see how the area develops as there is construction in the area.

Location, hotel design

The first hotel in 2 weeks out of 8 that doesn't have a coffee machine or even a kettle with a mug! It's a very meager breakfast. The terrible noise of a working elevator through the wall and regularly stamping its feet. I couldn't sleep until it stopped.

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm. The breakfast was excellent. The room is large, comfortable and quiet. Excellent value for center Geneva near the Rhône.

Fabulous old property with plenty of character and charm. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.Breakfast was superb. Great experience for my kids and me in the most beautiful of cities.

As there wasn't a bar I would like to have been able to make a tea or coffee in the bedroom.

We liked the location and the size of the rooms. Staff was helpful too. Breakfast was not poor, but very poor. I am vegan and there was no food to eat. Even for non - vegan options for a four star hotel. Breakfast wise I would rated two stars.

NIce reception, easy check in, clean room, great location. Highly recommend. Nice bath/shower, beds, and other accomodations. Great for three adults (3rd bed not roll-out sofa)

Very clean, well maintained and characterful. Charming front of house staff.

Limited lobby area and no facilities. Possibly some coffee making facilities in the bedroom or in the lobby would help.

Centrally located with the most welcoming staff and super clean.

Construction around property and street noise in the evening

Very nice staff, extremely well isolated windows (no sound from the street at all), nice breakfast, perfect location (near the lake and the Rhône, near the railway station).
