    Cons -

    • No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Windows don’t open. Expensive food/drinks in bar.
    • Self check-in was not mentioned in advance. Everything went well but we expected a classic check in service
    • Room was tiny..no place to move. Looked like a dorm room. My family and I could not stay there..had to book another hotel. Pictures on Booking.com are deceiving. Was not fully reimbursed ..disappointing

We enjoyed stay there like I haven’t in a hotel in decade! Modern, spotless, breakfast greta as well, I also enjoyed playing with bathroom lightings big time :D

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was located close to shops and transport and easy to get to in a taxi. We loved the design of the interiors and the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was excellent - loved the hot chocolate made with real chocolate. We thought it was expensive when we booked but when we arrived we realised that pretty much everything is expensive so it was not so bad.

The bed being against the wall meant that one of us had to climb over the other to get in and out.

The location is excellent and the staff were helpful.

    They don't have any facilities.

Love the bar facilities, room small but brilliantly clean, modern and love the mod cons . Breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly

Just my preference but I like a side table next to my bed. But not a big issue .

The hotel was very well situated. Close to everything. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was small but very functional.

    8LuciaPosted on: 1-14-2026

The beds are super comfortable and big. The shower is great too. The rooms are very well soundproofed, so with the night blinds, night sleep was so good. The food and beverage canteen at the lobby is a great plus, which is open 24/7.Location can't be beat if you're moving in the city center.

The bed was tucked into the end of the room, with only one side open to get on. This can be a bit uncomfortable if there's two people, as the person sleeping on the window/wall side needs to jump over the other to get off the bed. Our in room iPad (used to control everything) had some issues and we couldn't get the TV working. It got fixed but failed again.

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows and great location. Shower was terrific.

No kettle in the rooms and no included tea and coffee.

Prime location, easy access to old town

Poor room cleaning services, small rooms if staying with kids

    8PatriciaPosted on: 1-7-2026

Location was wonderful. Very quiet considering it’s in town. Breakfast was good with nice variety of food.

Nice hotel very modern and technical with iPad to operate adjustments to the lighting and heating. A bit clinical for my liking but that’s just a mater of taste.
