Too small room, where in one space bed, sink and toilet.

The location and it was quiet

No coffee tea making facility in the room, no free bottle of water , very basic room amenities for the price we pay and room was not cleaned until late in the evening

Clean and convenient location.

Checkin was a bit weird - I think you’re supposed to do it yourself but the process was all facilitated (very helpfully!) by the member of staff on reception. Better to dispense with unnecessary tech and just have the person - much nicer, can’t stand the tech!

Great location, very friendly staff and modern hotel. We arrived very early and were given immediate access to an upgraded room.

Can be noisy at nights, particularly if you are nearer top floor. Didnt bother us, but just to be aware. Aircon not great.

Drinks in bar so expensive - typical Geneva prices but would’ve been nice to be slightly more affordable.

Centrally located for shops and restaurants close to lake Geneva and the Jet a short walk to the station. Room was clean, large and well laid out

The reception area on the 7th floor. Breakfast wa great worth paying for it.

They should replace the towels with new ones. I prefer hotel towels that look fresh and very white, and these appear slightly gray and due for replacement.Also, the floors in the room are white but scratched, which makes them look marked. Although they are clean, the wear affects the overall appearance and doesn’t reflect well on the room.

Staff so friendly and efficient.The bar was well stocked and they made us excellent cocktails.We were asked if we didn't want our room cleaned as there was a free drinks voucher if you agreed to not have it cleaned. We were only there for 2 nights so we readily agreed to this, got our vouchers and had a delicious cocktail each in the bar.

There was nothing I didn't like.The hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was very clean, staff super friendly and the food (breakfast and pizzas for bar snacks) were great. Loved the decor too.

Parking was close but not on site .. little confusing trying to work this out based on information from hotel initially ...

I like the location, breakfast quality and overall cleanness of the spaces.

I was overcharged on breakfast - I paid 50 CHF for it for single person, while my colleague paid 25. It looks like something went wrong through the booking page, but when I Arrived I also confirmed that I’m alone and that there is no one else with me. Because of that I feel cheated.

Excellent central location, very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff appeared to avoid eye contact, seemingly to prevent guests from asking for assistance. There was a loud argument between staff members during breakfast, which felt unprofessional. The corridors were quite dark and felt a bit uncomfortable, especially for a child.

Modern & chic hotel. Staff were accomodating, got a nice upgrade to a room with a balcony which would’ve been perfect during summer time. Seamless check in and out. Lots of space for our snowboard bags. Bar and lounge area was relaxing, highly recommend as it’s central to everything in the city!
