Pros +
- Locawas perfect, close to train station and in heart of old town. The breakfast buffet was the best!! Would stay here again when we return to Florence. Staff was so helpful with all my questions.
- The location was perfect. Few minute walk from the train station. Close to city center. Good size rooms.
- Room was clean and tidy and the location met our needs. Clerk at check-in provided a city map. Small candies at front desk were good--we checked out before breakfast was served after the one night there.
Cons -
- Shower was smaller than American standards but room was very clean
- My only complaint is with the bed. It was very firm. Worst bed of our trip. Woke up with sore back.
- Unwilling to reimburse for 2 nights we could not stay because of theft of documents a few days earlier. Insisted we didn't pay room tax on arrival, which we absolutely did. Incorrect information on airport hours. Taxi they called was driven unsafely.
