Staff was excellent the location was excellent how tidy and clean and the service from staff was fantastic I would highly recommend this hotel only thing that was not the greatest was there was no hot water and very basic for what you need but for my stay it was perfect and met all my expectations

I always enjoy staying at the Hotel de la Plage.The location is pleasant, relatively easy to access , and the motel style accommodation is very convenient for unloading and repacking baggage from a vehicle.The food is excellent!The staff are very helpful and courteous.Full marks ?

Right on the beach! The beds were amazingly comfortable and felt luxurious with the size and quality of the pillows. Has a bathtub thats small but deep - has a door directly to the outside should you like it.

There is only one outlet that I found, and the front desk was not available 24/7 should you need it.

The Beach was nearby

No airflow in room had to keep window open and the seagulls were loud. Had to walk almost 10miles to find a plug converter to US plug for a breathing machine. Pretty far walk from the area with bars/restaurants.

Good price and location

Noisy and not family friendly! No lift, no high chairs or children’s menu. Lots of doors slamming and dogs barking late at night. We were on the first floor so had to carry bags, travel cot, pram, 7month old and 4 year old up stairs! Window also did not ha e a safety catch. Do not recommend for families at all!!

Excellent location by Venice Beach. Big restaurant with views of beach. Cheap.

Small room

The hotel is top! The room was clean with sea view, the breakfast was a lot and tasteful, the restaurant have good food and helpful personnel! The perfect hotel to stay in Calais!

All rooms on ground floor with each room having an external door with ability to park car immediately in front of the room

Narrow width of single beds in twin bedder room.

The best of this stay is its location, for the rest, it has all we are looking for, the bed, the bathroom, the parking, and occasionally convenient price, we have stayed here multiple times, and will come again.

Very good location to catch the shuttle or ferry. Free parking. Nice breakfast.

Although they have painted and mended wall lights it’s still very tired,bathroom was dirty and only one plug socket in the room

Location is perfect.Staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel looks like it needs a redecoration.

Convenience for the beach and easy access from the autoroute

The attitude of the staff, whose genera ethic is to do as little as possible until they can close the bar/resteraunt as early as possible. The food, which in the past has been reasonable was of such a poor standard we chose not to eat it and there was NO manager to whom to complain to
