B&B HOTEL Calais Centre St Pierre

The room was clean and the location from the tunnel was great.

The breakfast was really poor with very little choice. You're better off going to the large boulangerie across the road. We bought sandwiches for the journey here. Between the hotel and booking.com it hadn't automatically calculated that our children should have been charged as adults for breakfast. This is usually automatic with booking.com when you put their ages in. This created problems for us whilst having breakfast. The room itself was clean but really cramped for a family of 4.

Clean new hotel.

The staff, the slef check in kiosk was almost impossible to check in. Got working from 16th time. Imagine middle of the night not working check in.

Easy access to the hotel. The room was perfect for this kind of hotel. The location is ideally located, close to the city center, very close to the ferry harbour. Simple access to the free way

Nothing really

Good location for tunnel. Fairly good value.

Bed was a bit rough. The check in system always drives me a little nuts.

Ideal location to be at the ferry for an early morning crossing. The rooms are small but modern and clean-ideal!

Good basic hotel for a one night stop during our travels.

Parking spots are quite small causing many spots unavailable due to people parking over the line.

Great location and a great shower

The bed was so hard we couldn’t sleep

Avoid at all costs..

The room was so small and very hot that we could sleep, and it wasn't clean at all (bugs on the bed).I don't understand how people can give 8 from 10!!

Nice place to stay for a night!Cean room, comfortable beds, nice shower and good breakfast which you can pay last moment decision.

Clean, simple and good price

Good breakfast available nice and early, everything up to B&B hotel standard service and cleanliness wise.

The self check in which is muddled and difficult to understand, made worse when there is a queue and people are getting impatient.

Great location for using Le Shuttle. Since our last stay, our room had been refitted with new bathroom fittings, shower, tiles and sink. New flooring and painted in the room.

Although it didn't impact our stay at this time of the year, no aircon in the room.

It was easy to check in out of hours

Car park is very smallClose to road so very noisy

Great location

We booked for 2 adult and 3 children Parking and breakfast included When we come down to eat breakfast the lady said just 2 person can eat breakfast ? I was surprised ?Each room one person I said breakfast is for person not for roomBut lately they solved

Breakfast. Was very good. Entry system clearly explained and worked well.Parking good.

The bed was unnecessarily close to the window but otherwise bedroom and shower room very good. Ample soaps and shampoos.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed

Comfortable bed , clean room with clean sheets, clean bathroom and modern looking, breakfast had few options but good freshly made food. Also very near Eurotunnel/Ferries.

Not very quiet regarding the other doors slamming and vibrating things around when this happens. Common for hotels unfortunately...

was brilliant, food outside brilliant bakery and the location is phenomenal.

Only 1 pillow per person 2 would of been better. Can’t argue with the price though!!!

all excellent, clean, efficient.

a free bottle of water for thirsty travellers. The keycode to re enter after 11pm didn´t work very well.

Staff had excellent English and were very helpful.

The photos on booking.com are photoshopped. There's no beach outside the window, only industrial buildings. Also the photos show 2 windows in the double room, in 2 different photos. There's only the one window which you will want to keep closed or you hear the traffic.
