Excellent location. Warm and clean room. Nice bathroom. Tea, coffee.

Unacceptable vibration and deep noise every 20mins throughout the night. We were on floor 5 and it was directly above us.

Near of restaurants and parking in front of the hotel.Warmful team on the reception, and the breakfast was available early morning to allow us take it before leaving.

No issues during my short stay.

Room old and tired. Difficult to find close disability parking.

The hotel was wonderfully situated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and the bedroom were spotless and there was no worry at all about getting cozy and comfortable. The tea service provided was so nice, and we had a view of the sea from our 5th floor.

Rooms comfy & large. Clean. Staff very cordial.

One of two small elevators broken so lift time was long.Only one very nice desk clerk who was also doubling as bartender. There should have been at least two people on staff at the front desk. I felt sorry for the poor chap.

Had a problem with plumbing in initial room. Staff tried to fix it unsuccessfully, so we were moved to a superior room. Staff excellent

Bathroom door did not shut, toilet did not flush properly. Clearly issues that had been there for some time and not rectified.

Hotel was absolutely lovely and felt well worth the price paid. Room was lovely and the bathroom was great too with a fantastic shower and high quality products.

The double bed was a standard double rather than king size so was pretty small for too people.Parking is outside and basically first come first served although we did get parked close by.

Room facilities advertised by booking.com was incorrect. For instance, no coffee table present, no balcony view and no tea/coffee maker was given to us, even though we paid for these. Carpet in room could do with a replacement. Email sent to customer service was ignored. Sea view was quite limited. A stale experience, won't be using booking.com again, better options later discovered with Airbnb.

Great location for accessing the ferry. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Our room had a sea view and check in quick and easy even though we arrived late. Parking available.

the rooms are not soundproof and you will hear everything happening on the hotel and outside

Perfect for our needs of a one night stay after crossing on the tunnel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Helpful staff. Free parking at the front of the hotel.
