Mitico Hotel & Natural Spa

Breakfast was sooo yummy! Coffee in the rooms, big bathroom, staff super helpful. Def good for the price! Right in the bus line, easy to get into town.

The staff was very friendly.

Although the hotel was about 30 minutes from the main city, there was a bus stop directly at the front of the hotel, which made it super easy to travel in. The staff were friendly and took time to show us the spa area when we asked. We didn't use those services but they looked really good.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear neighbouring guests.

The stay overall was great experience. Location is close to the bus station which takes you in 20 min to the Bologna centrale. The breakfast was great with various options and the employees always replenish food and drinks. The room was daily replenished with fresh towels, clean sheets, cleaned bathroom. Parking spot is included in the room price.

Minor suggestions what to improve, add hanging hook for hands towel near the sink and fix one of the two push buttons on a dual flush toilet.

I booked two rooms at this hotel because it seemed ideal just outside Bologna, with a bus stop right outside and plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the small fridge and the coffee and tea facilities. Breakfast was fantastic, shame only one coffee machine on the buffet though.

The rooms were quite warm, and the temperature couldn’t be lowered below 21°C. We were also disappointed that the spa was only available for private hire, costing over €100 for two people for two hours. A more reasonably priced option would have been appreciated.

Eveything was on high level, everything is very clean, great rooms, amazing beds. The breakfast was smth special, we were very impressed and had to roll out cause we were so full.

The breakfast!so many choices and near at city centre bologna.

A little bit warmer in the room, perhaps

The hotel is perfectly clean, personal is very kind and helpful, among them, they speak many languages. The location is OK - the connection with the bus is not ideal and by foot it'd be quite long; but that's not a big deal.I've been in many hotels in the last few years, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had! It's wonderful, delicious cheese options, eggs, bread; you can even order a fresh orange juice or the smoothie of the day, make your own pancakes, and coffee is delicious too.High recommended!

There is nothing negative to say: great experience there!

+ friendly and welcoming staff+ comfortable wide beds+ nice wide TV in front of the bed+ working ac+ extra towels+ clean+ nice buffet breakfast+ complimentary minibar+ nearby bus stop+ quiet location

Unfortunately, I could hear every single door being slammed and guests from my room. I wish I had ear plugs.

The hotel was perfect for an over-night stop together with my dog. Parking directly infront of the hotel + at no charge. Friendly staff. Calm atmosphere. Plenty of green spaces nearby for nature walk with my dog. Excellent breakfast included.

Excellent breakfast with options for every taste. Great location with private parking. Spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable.

It would have been nice if the rooms were a little bigger, maybe there are larger rooms available, I don’t know — I’m referring to the one with the twin beds.

The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of sweet and savoury items to choose from. The location is very good near the motorway and there are bus stops nearby for buses into the city centre. Highly recommended.

Good location, free parking is available near hotel. The room was clear and had everything you may need (including toothbrush and shower cap

Very nice hotel. Secure parking. Very good breakfast. Good connection to city centre.

Loved the location and ease of free parking!

Management didn’t seem to value some of their more experienced staff members(some of which I have known for many years during several visits)

Excellent location for travelers who are not concerned with being in the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, excellent breakfast. A nice restaurant with staff who went above and beyond to serve us.

Νothing significant worth mentioning

Met our expectations. Rooms hat complimentary drinks and snacks.

Breakfast time is a rush. One coffee machine was broken and leaking on the floor. Some food was not available anymore. When asked, the staff informed they did not had any more.
