Hotel University

Location is great, short walk to the main square and lots of bars and restaurants around.

There was a lot of noise from surrounding rooms and from the street. The walls seemed very thin as we could hear everything in other rooms. This led to not sleeping much. The lights were very bright with no ambient lamps or lights in the room.

Great location. Spacious room and good breakfast.

Excellent location, spotless and great staff.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff

Perfect location in the city center, close to everything. Super helpful and friendly staff and special thanks to the kind lady at breakfast. The breakfast was really good too! I highly recommend it.

Great location, close to the historic center, restaurants and attractions. Very walkable to public transportation. Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Location, cleanliness, simple but ok breakfast.

Close to restaurants, very quiet and super clean.

The hotel is in renovation but inside was very good. We were explained how to park and it was very helpful that parking was in front of the hotel. Location was great and we could walk around to the center.Room was simple but big enough and comfortable. The heat worked inside the room and in the shower.Breakfast was simple but good .

Because of the renovation, there was noise from outside the building.

Nice facilities, modern equipment, perfect location, good breakfast, helpful & polite staff

The rooms are very comfortable, large and clean, they also have mini bar, safe, TV , AC, heaters etc.

Noises from the street during the night

Very clean and central

Little noise from room above

The hotel is located right in the city center — just a few minutes’ walk and you’re already there. The staff are exceptionally kind and respond to every email immediately. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast — especially the cappuccino — was excellent. Bonus points for offering savory options too! They even reserved a parking spot for us in the garage across the street, so our car was safe as well. If we visit Bologna again, there’s no question where we’ll stay.

LocationCoziness Clean

Poor selection at breakfast

The hotel is very well located, clean, confort and quiet. It has a minibar. Bathroom is very good. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working, but we spend only onde day at Bologna, most part of the day we were touristing so it was not a big problem

The air conditioner was not working

Location was ok. Close walk to restaurants and center. Stayed one night. Staff was nice.

Doesn’t seem like 3 stars…more like 2/2.5Saw other hotels with 3 stars that I’d chose instead.Noise above our heads all night. Didn’t like that bedsheets weren’t fitted, noticed they were old/tornBreakfast didn’t have much to offer.

The location was excellent. Plenty of great restaurants , cafes, shops very close ny. Staff so helpful and friendly. The room we had was spacious and the beds ver comfortable. Plenty of hot water in bathroom and good water pressure.

Could not get TV to work, even though receptionist came up to help, but we were told 4 other rooms complained of same thing.

Great location and great price. A few minor issues like one of the wall lights not working but nothing that affected our stay.

Very simple and sterile but fine for just a place to sleep

The breakfast was fine. Not as much selection as other hotels we have stayed at but to be expected given it is a small hotel

I had trouble connecting to the hotel wi fi. I don’t know if there has been any issues raised from other guests
