Pros +
- Hotel is well situated and fairly priced. Staff are freindly and helpful.
- Very efficient and helful staff. Good accessibility and parking by car. Great breakfast with many options.
- The room was quite big for just me. It had all the normal items one would expect to find in a room. The breakfast was a bit lacking. For example for my cereal I had to ask for some milk in two consecutive mornings. There was only one kind fo juice. Location is a bit out of the way but once you get used to it, it becomes ok. Service from reception was good and efficient.
Cons -
- Rooms a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable
- Old-school Italian electric plugs that don't fit contemporary chargers. Just one Euro-plug per room. The tiniest shower cublcle I've ever seen anywhere. Otherwise everything good.
- The room is quite large and comfortable but I would have liked to have a kettle to make some coffee. As I already indicated, breakfast was a bit lacking in proper choice as although there were a good number of items, they were few. One kind of juice, you have to ask for some milk and so on. I also noticed that the reception person was also attending to the needs at the restaurand during breakfast. Therefore he was coming and going. If one needed something, one had to go and look for the guy at the reception. Entering to the hotel after 22.30 is via an electronic system with no lights to see the digits. I had to switch on my mobile.

Staff and pricing, breakfast was good, staff happy to do what ever was required
Rooms need a face lift, especially the down stairs rooms
Clean and tidy apartment, comfortable bed. The location is good, and the best thing is the free private parking available on site. Breakfast is also very good, with a classic selection of savory and sweet options.
We were traveling with our dog as well, and we had to pay €10 for him, which seems quite expensive to me.
Bus stops regulatory outside the hotel, breakfast was decent, beds remade daily, new towels, me bottles of water in fridge, good for for breakfast.
Great location, excellent staff, free private parking, comfortable room and a bus stop nearby
Room was outdated and the bathroom needs some improvements
Friendly and helpful staff Good value for money
Location is a bit noisy Only Italian style of power sockets- adaptor only for 2-pin plugs
I chose this hotel as I was going to a concert at Estragon and it was situated pretty close. There is a fantastic, regular bus service into the centre from a bus stop outside. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The single room was fairly comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good for a hotel of this category. I managed to sleep well despite the road being directly under my window. I didn’t hear much traffic noise. Plenty of free toiletries available.
As previous reports have indicated, the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Carpets are worn on the stairs, some light fixtures and electrical outlets have been fixed with sticky tape etc. The curtains in my bedroom were in pretty bad condition. That being said, the place seemed to be pretty clean and my bed comfortable. I would certainly stay again so things weren’t so bad.
A good sized room. Very comfortable and very large bed just for one person. Breakfast was ok although nothing big. But there was enough of the normal things one will find in any breakfast.
The hotel is a little out of the centre. It will take a person around 20 to 30 minutes to go to the centre by bus. Entry to the hotel after 10pm is a bit funny. There is no receptionist after that time but only via an electronic number. And coming back to the hotel after a few beers and very late in the evening, that can be a little nuisance :) :) :)
Good breakfast, very nice and helpful stuff (especially the girl that checked us in).
The place need some renovation
Breakfast was ok
Decor is in need of repair, damaged plaster everywhere, mould on walls, broken laminate flooring, bed propped on a piece of wood ……..
Good location Great staff
Missing towels for the bathroom Breakfast was bad, it compensated with the croissants
Really really polite staff, good location with easy access onto main roads, private car park, decent value for money if you can get it cheap enough and the room was “clean”.
While the bedding and overall room was clean, the bathroom had black mould, a lot of dust was present, an overall quite unpleasant smell in the rooms and corridors, breakfast was really poor as well.
Location , fast checking , staff
It was cold they did not turn on the heating
The staff are very friendly and helpful and a good breakfast
Very tired and outdated deco which would need updating
Old property ,try to keep clean as much they can
Break fast
Very cheap and cheerful b&b, suited us for one night but probs wouldn’t want to be here any longer than that haha. Plenty of parking and friendly staff! Short walk to bus stop just outside hotel takes 10-15 mins on bus to city centre.
Found someone’s very used soap in the shower, which makes me question if the shower was ever cleaned… needs a facelift. Breaky was nice but my partner spat out rancid salami that smelt and tasted like fish. Be careful.
One of the best hotels at this price range I’ve ever stayed in in Italy, a big parking lot that is secured with a gate during the night and that you can still access with a code after the reception is closed. Plenty of towels, fresh ones every day ! a bus right across the street takes you to the heart of Bologna in under 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very generous with breakfast hours. The room is big and the shower has amazing pressure , not to mention that the temperature selector is amazing. just one of the details that makes it feel like you’re staying in a 1970s Italian movie there is a telephone next to the toilet.
nothing really, except that there is no fridge in the room, only a wine fridge, and the bedside spotlights were maybe a bit too bright. I have to really dig deep for issues in this hotel. Some people might think that the 70s decor is a downside, but things are still in a very good condition and the hotel is clean.
Location was good - close to airport - it was quiet - it had a good breakfast buffet included.
After 11:00 it’s self check-in. That was OK but nobody to give us WiFi password, so nonintervention for our international communication útil next morning after 7:30. Room was stuffy and warm. No instructions on operating the AC. Wall control instead of the normal remote. But the window did open. Check out time is way too early. Arriving late due to our scheduled flight, we had to leave the rooms by 10:30 AM. Didn’t like that.
