The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great! The room was enough for a couple in a NYE night, although 20 minutes walk away from the city centre. I had a great time in Bologna!

My biggest problem with the property was the heating system. It made the room super dry and a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast. Never fully refilling even if it’s still 2h till close of breakfast service. I had to go and ask every time for every item and they would only bring some quantity for 1/2 persons which obviously is not enough for everyone. But never refilling the rest of 20 dishes missing. eg eggs or bacon missing together with fruits and croissants, zi did ask for bacon at least and they brought 4 slices in a pan ?? Really?Are you on a policy on cutting costs? Sure but zi paid for this service.Very un pleasing

Comfy room, good size, nice beds, good breakfast

The property very clean and comfortable, and offered paid parking. The location was not that great but manageable to get around the city.

The location.

Our room was a good value. It was comfortable and clean. Our housekeeper was really perfect. All of the people that are working at reception desk and the restaurant were nice and helpful and we are thankful.

One of the rooms that was for our mothers, was small double room and we didn't realized how small it is until we went there. It was uncomfortable, small, with not enough space in the room and the bath was leaking..The other thing was that there are mosquitos in the summer and other insects but there weren't nets on the windows. The biggest disappointment was that we were in Italy and the first three days we had cafe AMERICANO on breakfast.. I couldn't believe it. At some point I think a man complained because one of the mornings the breakfast wasn't ready when it was supposed, it was a total chaos for a few minutes and when you don't get a good coffee it can be a challange. I don't understand why it is so hard to buy a good coffee-machine like anywhere else and resolve the problem for everybody the staff and the clients that pay for a good breakfast after all..

I asked for twins room and room balcony. And the answer was YES. Thank you!

The room we stayed smells vaping. We got sore throat after staying there. Maybe the ventilation needs a little improvement

We were in transit in Bologna and our flight got canceled so we had to find a place to stay. Although we arrived in the hotel at around 08:00 am, the staff did everything they could to secure a room for us so that the kids can sleep. They didn’t charge us anything for the 6 hour earlier check-in. On the other hand, the facility was excellent and the room included everything that we needed. It’s not located in the city center but it’s not too far from there

Great breakfast!

It’s very loud there, you can here your neighbors talking, when someone above you uses the bathroom, you have the impression and small plane is taking off next to you. It’s nearly impossible to reach the reception in the evening and even when we succeeded and asked for calling a taxi for half an hour they asked to call back 10 minutes before we need it, like they would not be able to put it on a piece of paper and call at the good moment. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the checkout, as there was no one at the reception. When the lady finally arrived she was super confused and was not able to say how much we need to pay (not mentioning that her English was very poor and I needed an interpreter).

Dragon lady front desk lady who was initially very unhelpful with us.

I loved the cozyess of the hotel and the pastries in the morning was amazing. Hotel stuff were very friendly and helpful! You are quite near to downtown and train station. In the morning you hop on the bus(bus stop 50m) and in no time you are in the city center.The big plus is the ALDI whats quite near to the hotel.Soovitan soojalt!

I would prefer stronger americano and some boiled eggs in the morning.

Friendly reception staff who welcomed us at check-in which was smooth and easy. Room was spacious and clean and had everything you need. Bed was very comfortable (firm mattress but that suited us). Good shower. We enjoy walking so found this to be an ideal base from which to explore the city. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the train station and 25-30 minutes into the heart of Bologna. Buses are also easy to use if your legs need a rest.

Breakfast was disappointing, but given the price I wasn't expecting it to be exceptional and we were happy to have a small bite before heading into the city. Arriving in the dining room for breakfast, we received a "Buongiorno" from a member of staff but no explanations about self-service so we just decided to fend for ourselves. Fine selection of cold options and sweet treats, but the cooked breakfast did not look appetising and I was not confident in the freshness of the fruit or juices. Coffee (filter coffee in a flask) was a real let-down, especially in Italy, though I did see other guests receiving barista-style coffees from the kitchen. Perhaps you need to ask for this as offers are not forthcoming.

Rude front desk. Not a 4 star hotel, as no restaurant was in the hotel only continental breakfast. Laundry was charged per item starting at €3/SOCK!!!!!!
