Flexibility of self check in. Host seemed nice at first.

This is a self check-in place, so we didn’t actually interact with anyone during our stay — but the room spoke for itself.The room smelled like cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. We had to sleep with the window open all night just to tolerate it. After we checked out, I messaged the manager to let him know, and instead of taking responsibility or even considering the complaint, he denied everything and insisted the room was perfectly cleaned. No ownership at all.On top of that, the room was old, worn down, and not properly cleaned. There were specks of dirt on the bathroom floor, and my husband even noticed what looked like dried feces on the wall. It felt neglected and unhygienic.For the price, a basic level of cleanliness and professionalism should be expected — neither was given here. We would not stay again and don’t recommend it.

Clean, tidy and enough space inside the room. Bed was comfortable and everyday we had new towels if we wished.

Although the hotel itself was exactly what we wanted , the location was a little sketchy, especially for two females like us traveling. It was very far from the centre and even the surrounding area had very few buildings, and the bus from the hotel to the city centre was pretty inconsistent, and we had many delays due to that. Other than that, the hotel was good.

Nice and clean place with free parking. Bus station for downtown is close.

Good place to stay en route. Although we only saw the cleaner (it's basically self service), Elena was very helpful and friendly via WhatsApp. Huge shopping centre (Centrolame) just down the road which is a good start for breakfast, the Ipercoop cafeteria is amazing vfm.

Nice room, clean - quiet, and no real need for people for check in.

- Very noisy. You hear every single word from people in the corridor or even in close by rooms. Very thin doors and walls. With people lost because they can’t find the key with the self-check system, you have talks at late night time, which feel like they are happening in your own room… - There is not even a glas (even cardboard or plastic) in the bathroom to drink water or dilute some medicine.

The gentleman in the garage who was kind enough to try for some time to order us a taxi the day before we left. No success just recorded massages.The lady who appeared in the morning to clean and check on guests. She was exceptionally helpful and managed to order us a taxi.

No kettle and no breakfast on offer. The cafe adjoining charged 4 euros for a small tea pot of hot water, then another 4 euros for a refill of the same pot. I provide the tea as they had none. Needless to say we didn't breakfast there.Our room overlooked the large neon light advertising the hotel and the curtains wouldn't draw across enough to block the light, Result - no sleep that night.We chose it because it looked close to the airport to minimise stress, however it turned out that the only way out was by taxi and as there was no taxi rank and we couldn't book in advance, we were concerned that if they were all busy we would be late for the airport. No bus service.

Clear instructions for self check in and check out did work; we needed to leave at 4am and had no problem doing so. The room, while minimalistic (as suitable for a budget hotel), was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The place was very quiet.

The location, while physically close to the airport, is "out of the way" from everything. The nearest bus stop is a few munutes of walking, over a road not great for suitace wheels. There are no facilities nearby except a petrol station and the bar in the same building. At 7pm the bar was already not offering food and, surprisingly for an Italian city, there were no restaurants or pizzerias close by.

The self check in is very comfortable function. We had an AC working, clean bed sheets, hot water. you have a bus station 10 min walking from the hotel.

It was very noisy, the evening we got to the hotel, there was a party downstairs and people singing and it was disturbing, it lasted after midnight. the location is very distant from the city center and there is nothing around.

Clean room with bathroom, frigde and self check-in. Close to the airport for an early morning flight, you get there in 10 min by taxi (costs 20€). Good for one night stay. You have a bar/restaurant downstairs.

The location is a bit far from city center, if you plan to go by bus it takes 20 min to downtown, 15 to railway station. The stop is near by, but at weekends the bus is every 20 min. I would recommend something more central if you want to save some time.

Near to The aeroport and near to a bus station .The bus take us right to The center .

I liked the ghost hotel approach. All very quick and easy. The staff solved everything through WhatsApp.

It is far from the center (45 min walked until you start to see some historical sites).I don't like that they don't include the city tax in the price here in booking, but that happens with all the hotels I guess.

Cheap and cheerful. Good location near the airport. Next to a gas station. Beds comfy, shower worked well.

No staff - everything automated, but this actually worked fine. Probably not the best for people who prefer a human touch!

Located very far from city centre. Manageable but if you don't have a car expect a 40 minute walk each way.

Room was nice, clean, warm and big! There was free parking area in front of the hotel, is pet friendly and I was able to communicate with the owner and take the keys easily!

I would prefer to send the details to how we pick up the keys and the code from the entrance to booking messaging system, viber and etc..Hotel was a little bit far away from the city center but that's not a problem if you have a car.

- I had booked this hotel for a single night, because of a concert in Bologna, so the place was one of the last affordable options. - The check-in was fast and simple since there were no employees in the place and the process is automated. - The place was very clean- Fair public transport in the zone- Air conditioning - Comfortable bed

- I feel that the relationship between quality x price is not fair, because I have been to places with lower prices that offered more- They need a more cheerful decoration, and lighter colors on the wall because the place feels a little bit abandoned/sad.- The TV was very small. - The location is quite isolated

The hotel is run on an automated system where you don't actually meet the staff but it works well. The room was comfortable. Very essential but large and clean and the bathroom quite new. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. It offers free parking which is a plus for me.

It is a bit far from the centre of town in a position that doesn't offer much and surprisingly enough it is not well served by public transportation, which is generally very good in Bologna.
