The breakfast is awful!!!

Breakfast is mostly sweet not much choice for savoury but generally niceStaff nice and helpful. Really nice walk to the center.

Bathroom floor not washed can see bits on the floor. Otherwise seemed clean but there was no winter duvet in January, just a non protected blanket in the closet. No slippers even though on the list of available. No drinking glasess except coffee mug, super small amount of toiletries left for our 4 day stay.Separate beds that were constantly separating instead of large one which says in the room i booked.

Very well located, easy to reach the city center, 10-15 min walk. Clean, good breakfast, decent room. The bathroom was a bit small and not so comfortable.

The offered price did not contain the city tax. Parking is small, we were lucky to find an empty spot, otherwise we would have parked on the street(paid parking). Overall, a good hotel, but expensive.

WiFI was completely unreliable and did not work most of the time, beds were uncomfortable, shower was tiny,

It was quite close to the center (20min walk), parking was free (we were lucky to get last spot), beds were comfortable.

I would expect more for that price, rooms on the pictures look nicer, breakfast was really poor.

Location was good, city center was near! The breakfast was ok for someone who prefers a sweet breakfast, it was great because there were a lot of cakes and sweet things and less salty food and breakfast was every day same!

I book this hotel because of the parking and we were lucky when we arrived because someone was leaving and there was a free parking space but it turned out that we were not allowed to go anywhere by car because when we got out we didn't have a parking place anymore and we had to find parking! When we asked to park inside parking and if it is needed, we will move car, receptionist reject us. But in the morning there was car parked and blocking everyone inside. So it was possible, but not for us. The staff was not too friendly!

This hotel was an absolute disaster. The rooms are extremely old, worn out, filthy, and completely neglected. The smell of cigarette smoke mixed with sewage was overwhelming and made the room almost unbearable to stay in.Breakfast was a complete mess — the area was so overcrowded that we didn’t even try to eat. Even from a distance, it was obvious that there was barely anything edible available.This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I will never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. 0/10

Very close to the office

Very small room and this was not the smallest they had

The hotel is really close to the city Center. I had very much towels in the bathroom. The host was helpful.

There wasn’t a glass in the room, air conditioner wasn’t worked. The interior was in bad condition, would be needed a refreshment. The pictures wasn’t matched with reality.

Location is good. Breakfast is decent.

Parking could be managed better.

In the capital of gastronomy in Italy this hotel got the worst breakfast ever. Cheap cheese and iogurt from discounter. Very little fresh fruit, bad coffee. Rooms are plain and boring, no decoration, no care. Looks like an old youth hostel. Bathroom needs urgently update on fixtures. No complimentary water in room and a second nespresso costs 0,50 cents.

I liked that you can easily walk to the center of Bologna and to the train station. People from the hotel are very kind.

Good location, close to the centre. Easy transport links (bus) to the main places of interest, with bus stop only a few hundred metres away. Also, there are plenty places in neighbourhood for street parking ( zonal parking fees apply). The breakfast offers a good variety of selections.

Reservation made with commitment to pay, but it seemed cancelled by staff, prior to my arrival late in evening. Thus there was surely some confusion and on arrival I was not aware of this. Only later on, via booking.com, I became aware that the reservation was "annulato", and thus in fact, unwittingly, I made a new booking at the spot, on arrival. The rooms are spacious but furniture was dated. The cost for the stay was quite steep.

Room had an odor, perhaps was a smoking room once which i did not like. Uncomfortable bed.

Bad experience on check-out today. Our flight was at 7:50 so we went to receprion to check- out at 4:30 am. We requested the receptionist(a lad) to book us a taxi to the airport. While waiting for the taxi ( approx 10 -15 minutes) we had a chance to have coffee first. Taxi arrived and we travelled to the aurport. As we are nearly at the airport the taxi driver received a phone call from the hotel saying that the receptionist forgot to tell us to pay the hotel tax. During our concersation with the receptionist I said I will just have to give the money to the driver to give it to the hotel on his way back to Bologna centre. They were conversing on the their language and suddenly the driver said he has to take us back to the hotel to pay it there. So we said we might be late for our flight. The driver said he will take us back to hotel then back to the airport. It was stressful to us because of the limited time. Also we have to pay the taxi drive 3 trips instead of just 1 trip. This is neglience on the hotel staff. They should have taken the hotel tax during our stay which was 4 nights. We paid £70 for the taxi instead of £30 only. The thing here was we waited for almost 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive. The receptionist booked us out alteady so how come he did not noticed right there and then. We know we have to pay hotel tax but it should have been done during our stay .I could have rated exceptional fior this hotel but because of this incident I would rate them as bad. This is for the management to checked on this matter pls.
