Pros +

Excellent value for the money - pleasant host providing a delightful breakfast. Family room was extremely clean (the bathroom looked newly re-done). We stayed two nights at the beginning of our UK travels. Two adults and two teenagers.

Cons -

Small bit of noise one morning from the wall adjoining Sainsbury but not too much to bother with.
