SO much to say! First, the staff: the friendliest and most helpful of ANY I've ever encountered (and I used to travel extensively). The location is perfect - removed from the noise, but convenient to the York attractions. Breakfast on site convenient.

Cons -

I rated the room as "adequate" only because it was quite small. I recommended to the staff that a table be added to the bath for toiletries. Otherwise - excellent. One more plus (I just have to add it), they sent me helpful info even before I arrived.
