Bed was very comfortable and the restaurant served great food.

Location was good, cost ok.

The stench from the drains in the Bathroom was overpowering and permeated the whole room after a while

The location is excellent! Very walkable to the center and with free parking on site, this is really what sold it to us. The check in staff were very nice, with complimentary tea and coffee. We were able to get into our room early which was an added bonus. The room was comfortable, and fine for a weekend getaway.

When we went downstairs to the pub in the evening for a drink, the locals in there were so disgustingly drunk, loud and obnoxious. It was a real shame we couldn't our drink. Also, our neighbours in the room next came home at around 1am and were extremely loud for about an hour.

Location was great.Whilst on main room rooms were at the back and very quiet.Plenty of tea coffee biscuits.

One of the best stays, on our trip to UK. Owners very friendly, and helpful. Very quaint place. Food in pub was great, and good prices.

Location was awesome - many pubs , river walk and sites around the property

Parking - the few available spots are so small that it took 1/2 hour to get in and out of them and required staff to move vehicles.

Very welcoming staff, very clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast.

Great setup in room, and bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Generous coffee and tea. Nice to have mini fridge. Parking was secure. Fan was nice We also enjoyed dinner there. Staff were excellent.

Pillows too hard, bed has head and footboard so not great if you are tall. Top sheet would be nice as too warm for duvet.

Beautiful Pub, Walking distance from main attractions. Comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom & shower. Parking available. Dinner at Pub nice but very busy.

Nicely tucked away from the main street and surprising quiet even though near the beer garden. It was a good location and provided parking which was a huge plus.

Loved the Olde World charm of the place. The staff were very friendly and the food was first class. Bed was a nice soft place to sleep.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Lovely pub excellent little court yard with 4 separate rooms everything you needed was in your room. Really enjoyed the stay

Absolutely nothing

Great position, walking distance close to city centre. The building is very attractive both inside & outside with parking (bit tight but greatly appreciated as city centre). Lovely feel to beer garden which backs onto canal, & other outside spaces attractive & well thought out. Comfortable room with a small ‘fridge & tea, coffee, biscuits etc provided. Good en-suite with lovely quality toilet paper & plenty of it. Friendly staff. Would be happy to stay again.

Blurb said rooms were on ground floor but on arrival, we were informed these were all taken, so our room was up an iron staircase on the first floor, which with arthritis, gave us a little problem, but we managed OK. Although nice to have towels provided, ours were all worn, torn & really only good as dog towels! Only ate in the Masons Arms restaurant first night but meals not great- e.g. chips very overcooked although portion sizes generous.

Room was too small, we were right outside the beer garden with a lot of noise from loud music ,shower room not very clean

It was private rooms at the back of the pub, near the beer garden. Very private in fact perfect for what we wanted

The location to the town centre is good.

It was very noisy coming from the next room., I could hear everything, the windows didn't open and it was very stuffy, we used the fan which was just blowing hot air round
