- The staff was attentive and helpful. The location was great-walking distance to the Viking Center and many other historical sites. Breakfast was delicious as well.

- Having to carry a 50 pound bag up steps to enter the hotel! They did have a handicapped lift but I didn't know how to work it
- 1. On arrival in room toilet was dirty and front desk had to clean 2. Staff were trained to smile and be pleasant but no real help 3. Stairs were not signposted and lifts were busy
