- Watch the changing of the guards right outside the hotel. Also, Windsor Castle is just a stones throw away. Location is the best. The food was amazing the croissants to die for
- Loved the tiled bathroom and all the extras provided. Enjoyed a huge breakfast off the main menu. The White Star was far nicer than our hotel in London. It's a little Jewel!!!
- Good location, good food, comfortable room and friendly,helpful staff. What more should you want?
Cons -
- Even though there was air-conditioning in the room, it was locked firmly at a very warm temperature. Pretty tough for sleeping. There were no elevators. Impossible for anyone over 60 to carry the bags up the Steep stairs
- Not one thing.
- Only stairs to room (to be expected in a tavern/hotel of this vintage).
