- I wouldn¿t know as I ended up having to go and stay in a premier inn. All efforts to resolve this with you were a dead end. Absolute scam. Hotel had no reservation for me and turned me away saying there are no rooms.
- The entire front desk staff was absolutely amazing they was the best part of my experience. Room was Mediocre check in was EASY $50 refundable deposit to check in.
- I have pictures and will be forwarding them to best western .
Cons -
- There were no table lamps and drawers. The safe didn't work and the table was too small to work on. There was mould in the toilet and toilet. The whole room needs need to be refurbished.

- No breakfast lunch or dinner provided. no snacks available room was VERY basic Location is away from London must travel a lot to get to everything
