- Closeness to bus drop from LHR, and rail access to the Paddington Station and all points downtown from there with the Underground. Owner/manager was very helpful in allowing an early checkin and advice about what bus to take from LHR & taxi p/u back.
- It is a very well-kept and quiet place with friendly and flexible owners. Right next to the bus stop and across the street from Langley College.

- There is no way in hell this should be allowed a "5 Star" rating; more like 2.5 would be appropriate. Missing a smoke alarm in ceiling--dirty door jams; no change of bath towels. Laminated furnishings were cheap looking--but functional.
