Delta Hotels Heathrow Windsor

A very warm and inviting atmosphere with a pleasant staff to greet you anytime. My food experience was amazing. Five star breakfast and service. Room was very comfortable clean and beautiful The Lu (bathroom) was five star as well.

No my time in you hotel was very nice. I would recommend to my friends. Easy access to the airport.

I like that it's conveniently close to the airport, and Windsor.

The locker in the room was not working

It was big, good bar.

It was old. The make you pay a deposit of 55£. The carpet was not cleaned from animal fur/hair. The air-conditioning was making a tremendous noise all night.

Staff were all very kind and efficient upon arrival and during any encounters we may have had. Also, the breakfast provided was excellent and varied with many options.. thank you!

The plumbing in the hotel/room initially assigned to us was bad. The toilet malfunctioned and overflowed at 1amon our first night there and we had to change rooms...absolutely disgusting experience.They moved us to a slightly larger room immediately on the floor above us where we did not experience any further plumbing related issues. Also the first room assigned to us had a Queen and a fold out sofa bed. The room was beyond cramped/equipped to accommodate these two beds. Do yourself a favor and get a larger size room if you have children/family with luggage and need the space.

Very friendly staff from the reception thru the dinning staff. I originally wanted a Hotel close to Heathrow airport and accesible for public transportation that didn’t disappoint. Major bus stop across the Hotel.

A short distance to terminal 5. Cheap shuttle service in Mercedes Benz van , only $10 or so, don’t waste your money on Uber! Great and generous breakfast and I tried dinner there which was yummy. The gym was decently equipped, could be a bit cleaner.

A bit outdated, my room was clean and comfortable but there was some lingering smell ( perhaps an AC filter).

Reasonable price

Bathroom: tub very high, narrow. No washcloths. The room in general had a musty or mildew odor. We signed up for an executive suite room knowing we would arrive in the evening, thinking we could get a reasonable bite to eat when we arrived. We arrived and learned there was a "happy hour" providing some hot food, but we were too late to get anything but some crackers and cheese, some fruit, and plenty of alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel was a short Uber ride away from Langley (on the Elizabeth line), which made it very easy to get around and convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The WeKnowLondon airport shuttle service was helpful for scheduling cheap airport rides.

The layout of the hotel rooms is very confusing and the room numbering does not make sense.

It’s such a beautifulFamily oriented hotel. I enjoyed our stay the breakfast was the best part . We enjoyed our stay without any issue. They were so kind and even offered kids pizza on Thursday . Lovely staff at the Kitchen market section too.

Just got to know about the deposit , but the receptionist was very lovely and reasonable and made it easier for me to pay an alternative payment. I think I missed that part , or it’s in the blue print which no one reads.

The staff made our stay very pleasant.

We were in a room without air conditioning and it took too long to get another room.They did move us and compensated us for the inconvenience.

Location

The aircon was broke from when arrived 11 June 25 thru to 6 July 25 .Staff just lied constantly as they didn’t know how long we was going to stay

It was close to the airport and the studios where I was working, which was convenient for uber travel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great to have the self-pay/serve snack spot in the lobby for those late night/ early morning grabs.

Room furniture and bathrooms need updating. Especially the bed headboards. The toiletries in bathroom weren’t cleaned from previous guests. The hotel gym needs cleaning/ upgrading too. Looks much better in the pics than in person. The breakfast buffet was ok, however I stayed a week and there were no additions/ changes to buffet menu. Grew sick of eating the exact same thing every day.

Really bad service. We’d booked a parking and hotel package and they made us wait to speak to the manager. In the long time he took to show up we managed to cancel the previous bookings and book something else

Fridge and bed was very comfortable.

Lighting has lots of options but none that weren't to bright

The heating/cooling system was awful! Either too hot or too cold. Kept clicking all night and was noisy. Room and bathroom was full of small flying insects and we didn’t open the windows anytime! Hotel was full of children and uncontrollable from the staff and parents - running up and down corridors until midnight.
