Florence Suite Boutique Hotel and Restaurant

The breakfast was excellent

Not having a fridge in the room and not knowing that we had lots of stairs to climb with heavy bags not very good

The location

Conveniently located near to Koko music venue

Our room was incredibly small, so much so, there was only room for 1 bedside table and lamp on one side of the bed.On my side of the bed I had to balance my water on the carpet, infront of the door. I had no reading light so had to have the main light on. More hostel than boutique! Disappointed as wasn't cheap.

Comfy bed, selection of hot drinks in the room and nice shower

Nothing really, It was perfect.

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast.

Always a nice stay at the Florence great location and, lovely room and great breakfast

Clean nicely decorated boutique hotel. Friendly staff and accommodating when I wanted to change rooms due to husbands recent diagnosis and the stairs proved to much for him.

The toast was slightly wafted past the toaster; still too ‘bready’ but the breakfast was great otherwise.

Clean and tidy. Nice bar.

Parking is tricky on side street but doable.

Staff were friendly, good location

Room was lovely, however the bed was right in front of the door, felt like no privacy if going in and out of the room

Nice decor in the room. Parking was awesome. Staff were all very pleasant.

Service was a bit spotty.

Location , quality of the room , friendly staff.

Location very good for the seafront. Bed comfortable, decent sized room, bathroom very clean, staff very friendly and welcoming,

Restaurant lacked atmosphere, parking pretty basic just off street.

It was very clean, comfortable and facilities met our requirements. It was located in a really nice quiet area with a great restaurant attached and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice also good portions.

Nothing really.

Lovely big bedroom and very clean. Good nights sleep. Good choice of breakfast in the morning.

Nothing really.

The hotel was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was bookable parking. It’s easy to get an uber into town. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins to the pier. The breakfast was superb and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It was excellent value for money

Just need a little update / freshen in some areas but definitely didn’t affect our stay at all

Location great, staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities good with nice outside dining area open for breakfast too. I was glad I had booked the reserved parking as parking in the immediate area was very busy indeed.

Breakfast was lovely & staff were very helpful

Couple of little things - toilet flush knocks seat every time @ took ages to fill up. Don’t like overhead showers & control was very odd

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area which we appreciated.Parking and check in was smooth and easy.Food was superb, and the service was excellent.

The pillows were rather uncomfortable for my taste,my husband was ok with them.

good staff/ homely feel

room was a little bit dark, windows faced to a dark alleyway, very little light entering room.
