Sleeping arrangements and the bed wasn’t very comfortable
All great staff place was great
The noise at 4.46 in morning from rooms kids very loud
Modern, clean, big spacious rooms and friendly staff!
Polite staff, spacious room and good quality breakfast.
Evening drinks were a bit expensive.
The sofa in the room, comfy bed, breakfast was really good, shower was good
I kept having to switch off the aircon/heater multiple times during the night, only one coffee machine at breakfast so had to queue for quite a long time. The food was great but had to wait for items to come out on the hot food
Nothing was acceptable.Breakfast cold with items not being replaced. Poor quality food. Dogs being fed in dining room Faulty ac/heater unit in bedroom. Filthy chairs in reception area. Would never stay again.

Brilliant staff. friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet
TV had very few channels, but that was a minor issue
Good size rooms . Nice staff . Overall good experince
Be nice if breakgfast starterd at 6
Location is good
The property was dirty and there was a dirty trouser on the floor.Food options very limited.
Friendly staff nice breakfast
More staff at breakfast
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good room for one night stay.
Bar area very austere and unwelcoming which was a shame as due to location there weren't really any other options....
Staff, location and breakfast.
Warmth of room, thinness of walls/loudness of guests next door.
Good valueBasic but cleanComfortable Good choice for breakfast Close to sea inlet walk
Check in was slow
Large room and bathroom, breakfast was hot which is good for a buffet breakfast.
A little noisey from other guests, parking was £10, when I booked it stated it was £6
Clean, comfortable
A little farther from centre than we thought it would be
Comfortable bed on a quiet side of the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom are a good size. The items that were available for breakfast were fine
The quiet side of the hotel is a long walk from reception - not an issue for us but it is a compromise you have to make. The remote control for TV did not work. There were a lot of items for breakfast missing and not replaced after they ran out - despite there still being a lot of time left for the breakfast service
Short distance from the ferry, easy access back onto the motorway
Expensive car parking
Clean comfortable room, dog friendly ,close to motorway
Car parking booking arrangement with unfriendly touch screen, feel that the extra cleaning charge for a dog is a bit excessive at £30
Clean and convenient
Breakfast only served till 9.30am
Very nice room with a lot of room
Good location for what we need with lots of car parking
