- I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms in the hotel. The lobby area has been renovated recently but the carpets and rooms seemed dirty and already dated. The bed was also uncomfortable.

Great location next to Piccadilly Station.
I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms in the hotel. The lobby area has been renovated recently but the carpets and rooms seemed dirty and already dated. The bed was also uncomfortable.
