- Employees were very kind
- It's hard to say what was the most enjoyable thing about this hotel but I will say the one stand out more than anything was the staff they were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody that is traveling to Manchester
- Location is close. Breakfast good
Cons -
- The room itself was very cold, so I had trouble sleeping. If there had been a way to turn on a heater, I would have done so, but I couldn't find anything like that.
- Night staff stopped at 12 am and asked about booking number of persons inspite of day time person allowing us to check in.
