- Great quiet location close to the main roads in and out of Inverness. fabulous grounds for dogs, and even towels provided in the porch entry if they got wet or mucky. I was delighted to see a dog poo bin had been provided as there wasn't one when we last stayed. Large and comfortable room, with table and chairs. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits were nice touch and a fridge in the room was very welcome. Everything was comfortable and clean. The staff member who greeted my partner was friendly and helpful. Our second visit, and we will be back

Good location. Room was warm and beds were very comfortable. Fridge in room was a great benefit. The porridge pots and wine glasses were a bonus. Would stay again and recommend.
Nice quiet location. Very large room with small fridge and coffee/tea making
Room was hard to get warm being so large.
Lovely location, close to shops, 10min drive to city centre, peaceful place, good size rooms, everything you need for a short stay, will definitely be back
I'd just suggest more kitchen towels, or coat hangers, but nothing major, little touches.
Quiet, dog friendly and comfortable.
Good location, beautiful garden, well suitable for dogs
All good
Pleasant
No staff and wrong room allocated but sorted quickly
Really easy to find the room size was amazing took our dog with us so walking him round the grounds was very easy really nice touch with the porridge pots great start to the day as it was a drive further up north would definitely stay again
I had no dislikes for the Property
Great location and the grounds were beautiful. Very secluded and private.
We booked a Superior Queen room and were highly disappointed with the facilities. The pictures of the Queen rooms were extremely misleading; the room did not have the advertised furniture, the bathroom was disappointing, there were no where to place/hang clothing, the room was constantly freezing, even with having turned up to maximum. These conditions resulted in ill health at a very unfortunate time.
Clean, bright, fridge in roomTea and biscuits, quiet location
No staff around and radiator didn't work but to be fair i did arrive late
Not mush to like about this property
Did like the way he spoke to me on the phone when I call to make him aware that there was two men in the room and he give us a double bed to share. Told me I had to go back on and pay for other room for the other person who was with me told him to bring a single bed or mattress into room for us. Told me it would cost me £35 so ended up paying extra money for extra room. To sum it off didn’t have kettle or out to make coffee
We liked everything about this place. It was lovely, spacious and very clean. Small niceties were thought about. Choclate- porridge-cookies. They even have towels to dry your dog. Andrew whom we met just when we were leaving, took his time and told us the history of the house.Yes it is outside the City and if you have a car, it takes just ten minutes. We knew about this when we booked it.Finally, we were very happy staying there, and very unhappy to leave, because we had no Moore days to stay longer.
Loved how peaceful quiet it was! Very easy to check in and was definitely the comfiest stay away from home we’ve had! Would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re brining along a furry friend. There are dog towels upon entry to wipe off thee feet which I thought was a great idea! Such a brilliant stay, we will definitely be back.
Nothing! Loved it all
I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
Unknown check out time , emergency red line in the bathroom was tied up this should be draped on the group in case of emergency’s , unknown drilling and construction noises during the day
Very informative host. Gave us all the instructions we needed for accessing the property and room. Nice porridge and biscuits. Very comfortable beds. Room had everything you needed. Big TV. Wifi was good. Very happy night.
Heating was a bit complicated. Room was very cold when we first got in as heating was off.
Big rooms, great decorations
It was dirty, full of cobwebs next to the windows, it’s like the maid is scared of spiders and refuses to clean the windows and doors awful
Closeness to Inverness was good
Very dirty, grounds let's to be overgrown, front porch very dirty run down, mould in bedroom, bathroom, shower.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The manager was hospitable, and quick to respond. The gardens were lovely. Felt like you were secluded but were close enough to the city center to enjoy!
