Location The quality of room and staff Food was wonderful

Just the shower door leaked. But Maintenance fixed it

My wife came with me on this business trip and the service was excellent! The entire resturant and bar staff are second to none! Super warm and friendly! hotel employee in particular was excellent in meeting any and all requests!

We would have liked the option of a river view

At breakfast service I didn't like the way the hot food was presented.. really heavy lids on hot dishes..

There was some building work going on, wasn’t a problem other than part of the car park was being used for contractors. Slight noise but not early in the morning

Central location for InvernessVery cleanRoom and bathroom had plenty of space Bedroom lighting was great. Shower was great. Property felt very safe. Breakfast and bar staff were incredibly polite and friendly and helpful.

No information in room regarding the hotel ie breakfast arrangements, fire, check out Dry air heat in rooms. Impossible to turn off overnight which was noisy and very ‘drying’. Lowest temperature was 18. This made for Dry uncomfortable sleepless nights. Two identical pillows provided for each person which were uncomfortable and flat. Better to offer alternatives. Lighting in bedroom was terrible. No main lights just soft mood lighting bedside lamps and other lamp and around tv. Struggled to see clearly when dressing and packing. Bedroom lights were great. All Reception staff were professional however this felt very fake and a bit staged. There were no friendly conversations.

We didn't have breakfast. But only found out on the last night we could have had tea and coffee downstairs. I also thought we would have been offered slippers.Location was good but a bit dark to walk home in the dark. I was disappointed that we didn't have a river view. Appart from that the hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

The room the bathroom and entrance and hotel toilets were beautiful and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

We were really pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay at this hotel was. It does everything you need from a hotel really well. Check in was rapid and very pleasant, and accommodated us arriving a bit early. Room was lovely, clean and very comfortable and the bar was modern and good service. A mention to the man on reception with long hair (sorry I didn’t get your name), you were great.Really recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Inverness.

Fab location, and really helpful staff.

We had an issue with our air conditioning, the staff were very helpful and did change our room the next day but I noticed how simple things like water and a coffee machine that was available in the 2nd room wasn’t available in the first room.

Very new, clean sharp room, good breakfast, breakfast dishes removal from table was slow, parking very limited however good parking arranged at local furniture store. Overall a good stay.

Good location Adjustable heating, whilst we were there the temperature outside was freezing. Thermostat in room worked straight away to make the room cosy.

It needed a chest of drawers. I don't like living out of suitcases or stacking my clothes on the hanging space floor. Also the lighting was too dim to comfortably read in bed.

Clean, location, comfort and warm

I liked the personal touches in the room and the herbal sleep aid that was available for free in the lobby. Staff was very helpful. I liked the view of the river from my room.

Restaurant hotel prices were a bit steep. Could have had a little more lighting in the room.

Great location very near all shops and bars, great staff excellent food

A very nice hotel. I spent my husband's birthday evening there. It was really nice. The staff prepared a birthday plate for my husband, and he was very pleasantly surprised
