Guests will receive an email direct from Mansley Serviced Apartments labeled, ‘Payment Now Due`, within minutes of making the reservation, within this email will be an option to open a secure payment page which is to be used to process payment for the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
