The room was excellent and we got the imperial suite which was nice and the bath spa was excellent the staff were welcoming.The food was good they're gd sized portions and breakfast was gd to for starting ur journey.Thanks guys

Nothing we stayed one night

Breakfast was good, location was also good

No hot water for showering, I think I switched that on, the water from the tap is extremely hot but the water in the shower didn't. I didn't call the reception as I was too tired after the hike, I think they would probably help me, but I expected hot work should work at the beginning and making a phone call was unnecessary. Other than this, everything works well.

Our room was next to the main stair case and so noisy. Had hoped for a view but we had a tiny side window looking onto another building.

The room had a great view of the loch, very comfortable bed and shower/bath. We had no issues with hot water and the staff were lovely. We also got free breakfast. Overall, great value stay for a couple nights.

Room was a bit too warm and had noisy pipes but it’s an old building so thats to be expected.

I only paid 65£ for my single room. Whilst it was small it was very clean modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was included which was great, staff were very kind and helpful so overall a great place to stay.

The car parking is small but there's a huge car park 50 yards away which is very cheap.

Second floor room, no lift, and we are in our 70s - hard climb

Rooms clean and staff polite, but lacking facilities they say they have when they don't.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly, however they listed that the room has Satellite TV which it does not have and the radio is on the TV channels, also no iron or hair dryer...no Netflix, no prime or catch-up....If I had known I would not have booked this hotel.

Decent enough room, nice and warm, comfy bed, good bathroom. Good price, although it's only January. Got parking but, would be more problematic in high season. Nice enough lounge tho bar prices could have been a bit cheaper.

When booking we viewed the rooms and I clicked for a 4 poster bedroom and we didn't get that it was just a normal room , the breakfast mentioned continental breakfast or cooked , continental breakfast should have cheese and hams selection, it was just yogurt or juice with bread or toast , we ordered the cooked breakfast sadly it was not very good the quality of the sausages were very poor ,unfortunately my wife became very ill and vomited in the car so we had to come back to the hotel and change i personally felt unwell also after the breakfast but did not vomit .
