Please note that reception is opened between 08:30 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday and between 09:30 and 16:00 on Saturdays. Reception is not open on Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours or on Sunday must be requested by the property in advance. The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spiers reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 250.0 is required. The property charges the damage deposit 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
